Located on 53 acres, most of our lakefront buildings feature natural earthblock construction, keeping the spaces naturally cool in the summer and cozy in the winter. The property is loaded with amenities including sauna, steam room, gym, 2 pools & hot tubs, and more.

Our 53-acre ranch is surrounded by nature’s beauty, which includes wildlife that may warrant caution. Any countryside stay like ours requires good sense and some basic wildlife knowledge. If needed, more information is available upon booking.

PRIVACY:
You will have complete, private access to all 53 acres of the ranch and its facilities.

Please note, our property includes a 1/4 acre farm and small ranch. While our staff will be out and about tending to their business, we will respect your privacy.

Quiet time is 10PM to 8AM.

We regularly treat and maintain our buildings to minimize intrusion of bugs and other pests. However, when you're in the TX countryside pests are not 100% preventable. We cannot offer refunds due to bugs or other pests.
