We had the worse experience, ever. The was no hot water - we made a complain to Expedia earlier in this regard. There were cockroaches in the room. The toilet was clogged and the sink semi clogged. Nobody speaks English. The breakfast had minimal food choices and they had a person to serve at the “buffet”, but 1 slice of cheese ( and 1type of cheese option)/person for example. We had 2 rooms and came to celebrate our daughter birthday and it was a huge disappointment.

.It’s accessible to the beach. The beach is beautiful The hotel is under renovation and needs some detailing. The experience was good. The staff is very friendly. The porch, has to be clear.

This propety/ hotel has so much potential for being amazing!!! The service at the restaraunt was so bad! When you sat down you had to ask for a menu, then after clearly looking at it, you had to ask for someone to take your order. EL Salvador is such a great Country to visit, it has so many amazing sites to see that are unique, We really had a hard time at this resort in regards to getting any kind of servive, except for the room attendants/maids who were awesome, friendly and trust worthy. The breakfast was really good, but after that, trying to get lunch or dinner was so hard we relied on getting UBER for delivery. The Hotel could get more business if the many employees just paid attention to those in the dining area. We saw tables that had dishes that had been there for hours but not removed. The beach was amazing, but someone could have removed all the trash more fequently. El Salvador is a great destination to visit, but this hotel needs someone to manage the property to make sure trash is picked up, proper service in the restaurant and "policing" the beach for trash. Hotel Toreso Beach has great potential, but needs to focus on the issues mentioned. I recommend it, but leave feedback so they know how to better serve thier visitors. El Salvadore is amazing!

It’s an OK place. The beach is amazing.
The only thing worth the price is the beach and the pools. It’s a bit old, and they are understaffed. They ran out of water when I stayed there kinda shocking for a place like this, but I know how to roll with the punches. The beach is the only thing I can say was worth the stay.
