The staff and service at this place is good. The staff is very friendly and accommodating but unfortunately the facilities and rooms are not good. The room smelled like mold and the beds are very uncomfortable. Also, the beach is sadly quite dirty.

It is not what it’s shown on their pictures, place is horrible, dirty, moldy and trash on the premises and the beach. The bed was so uncomfortable and the bed sheets were dirty dirt spots everywhere and sand, we did not used the bed sheets that’s how dirty they looked. They looked like they had not changed them in days. The AC was not working it was either too hot or too cold in the container because it’s not a room it’s a truck container turned in to a room. The food was horrible and overpriced. We checked out a day before our checkout day we lost money but we didn’t care we did not want to stay there one more day.

Affordable and great stay. Our AC was great, plenty of sleeping space for our family of 6. Fast and helpful customer service and the morning breakfast was delicious. The beach was so beautiful and calm and there was an evening life guard every night we were there. Definitely will be staying there again.

Definitely off the beaten path. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. The food was awesome and the drink choices were good. You will definitely need a vehicle of your own as there isn't any uber/lyft options here.

There is so much potential however it was a miss for us for the price you pay. We have paid similar for greater value and cleanliness in other parts of the country. The stay did include breakfast but at the rate it would be expected. The place is really run down, the staff were friendly.

Loved it here.. at first arriving I was a little nervous.. but it was an amazing clean stay.. the restaurant on property is amazing food is great.. they come to your room with menus. Food was delicious and affordable.. beach is steps away.. had surf lessons and other things.. 10/10

Let me the host was very accommodating, this is a different type of experience not a resort style hotel like a Hyatt or anything like that. This is a very creative space built with shipping containers, the views are nice the staff is amazing, breakfast was great i would definitely stay here again and recommend people to stay here

False advertisement.
False advertisement. It says the hotel offers horseback riding which they do not. Very disappointed about this since we reserved the hotel precisely because of that offer. It rained one night and the ceiling had several leaks. The staff is not friendly or very communicative. No one really knows anything, we asked what time was breakfast and no one seem to know exactly. The villa we reserved for 4 people only had 2 towels, we had to ask for more. They do not provide beach umbrellas like advertised either. Very dissapointed.

I loved our stay here the pool and the beach are right there in front of the villa, the food and drinks are good and they brought the food inside the Villa few times which was very nice of them. There were seats everywhere and we can seat anywhere we wanted outside. It was mostly few other families but never too crowded. The place is clean and quiet also safe. The Air conditioning worked very well so was cool in there. I wish I could have enjoyed a little more of it but I had to go out and see some family and then travel back home, but I would stay here again. It was very nice. Thank you so much to the staff my family was very happy and they made our stay very comfortable. Thank you 🙏 very much!

The staff was friendly the food was good and the view was nice. I didn’t like I was being taken advantage we witnessed others being charged $1 for water and we were charged $1.50. The local sellers kept pressing us to buy something even when I said “when we’re done eating and getting change I’ll buy something” our dinner kept getting disturbed with “we are leaving can you buy it now” 😑 the free breakfast was delicious. The downfall is the pictures are VERY deceiving!!!!! When we enter our suite which is called octopus (but in Spanish) it smelled minty like something was sprayed before we entered. After about an hr or so it started to smell moldy. The faucet was rotten and smelly. We all unfortunately got bedbugs bites. I came with my family of 8 my 6 young children, the suite needs a lot of work. We end up barely sleeping since we were getting bit, and bugs were crawling on us. 3am we packed up our things loaded the truck and ran away as soon as light hit! I don’t recommend this place! If I had an option of no stars I would….
