Located less than 20 minutes from the Mont Grand-Fonds ski resort, 17 minutes from the Casino and the Manoir Richelieu golf course, 45 minutes from the village of Baie St-Paul and its boutiques, art galleries and restaurants, and 60 minutes from the Le Massif de Charlevoix ski resort.

Newly built in a contemporary style, this residence was built specifically for tourist rental so you will find all the amenities you need to ensure a memorable stay.

With a capacity of 14 people, this two-storey residence has 5 bedrooms on the ground floor and three complete bathrooms, in addition to a shower room.

A large outdoor terrace will invite you to the 4 sasons BBQ with family and friends, right next to the 4 seasons SPA, which overlooks the St. Lawrence River with a breathtaking view. The completely fenced garden level offers you a modern and fully equipped kitchen as well as a large lounge inviting you to discuss and contemplate the mixed landscapes of mountains, rivers and who knows... maybe belugas. The central fireplace and heated floors will ensure the comfort of your guests while the pool table and home theatre will take care of the atmosphere.
