Book La Mothe-Achard hotels

We really enjoyed our time here and wish to thank the staff for their helpfulness and thoughtfulness during our stay.

Hotel is clean and bed is comfortble, if decor is slightly shabby. It is fine for an overnight stay when on a journey. Handy for Les Sables d'Olonne which is a nice port with good restaurants. We arrived late so the restaurant was closed but the hotel has a late check in which is useful.

Arrived to find hotel locked and dark, no answer to the number provided, no information prior to arrival on hotel 'opening hours' and no response from requests for refunds. Dreadful service.

It is a scam. I received confirmation email the day of my rental claiming i was expected there, but when i showed up I could not reach the landlord. I had to book another facility and spent 2 hours trying to solve the situation with expedia /vrbo ...

Very quiet peaceful some of the staff were friendly

This is NOT a hotel! The front desk explained that it is a condo rental. That means you do not get any cleaning, even with a8 night stay. And you get 1 bath towel, nothing else. No replacement towels, and no hand towel or washcloths. And you get 1 roll of toilet paper, then you have to buy it yourself. Having said that, the front desk staff was very helpful, when they were present. And it is only 1 block to the beach. If you have a larger rental car, beware of the enclosed parking spaces l. They are tiny. And we had no idea that we needed a parking reservation, but you do. And you are expected to clean up when you leave, taking sheets off the beds, and taking the trash to the disposals outside. We don’t require a lot, and everything was functional and clean. I would stay there again. I was just expecting something different.
