The kitchen is well equipped with all you’d need to prepare meals at home. And don’t forget your outdoor kitchen on the patio where the pool is. There you’ll have a gas barbecue grill and more for outdoor dining!

There are 3 bedrooms, all stylishly decorated with plush king-sized beds and quality linens. The bedrooms offer access to outdoor spaces like a balcony or the pool area, which means you wake to beautiful bay views! There are 3 full bathrooms with luxurious features for a delightful stay all around.

Guest Access:
This is a self-check-in property using a code for the lockbox to access the keys. Code and instructions will be provided before arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a very calm community called El Centenario, offering beautiful beachfront views. Just a short 10-minute drive from the airport and about 20 minutes from downtown La Paz and the Malecón. There you’ll find restaurants, shops and the ocean. Recommended beaches are Coromuel Beach and Playa el Tesoro, and our recommended restaurants are Vrentino, Oliva al Mare, and Harker Board CO.

Getting Around:
The property is located about 9.2 km | 5.7 miles from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and about 198 km | 123 mi from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD). It’s a little off the beaten path from downtown La Paz. Many guests often rent a car as it’s easiest to get around. You’ll have parking at the property for up to 3 compact cars. You can also get around town by taxi.

Other Things to Note:
The area will be experiencing power outages for the next 4 months due to the high temperature in the city during summer.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where, at times, you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us and the environment. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water to use to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions.

Please also note: The home is in front of the beach "Playa El Centenario," which is mostly a mangrove and estuary area, so it's not ideal for swimming due to low tide during certain seasons. However, you can enjoy a pool right in front of the beach, a refreshing breeze, and a wonderful view of La Paz Bay!

Keep in mind we provide a limited supply of essentials like soap and toilet paper to get you started. You’ll have to pack or purchase other items, like shampoo, bath gel, etc., if needed.

Electricity is included in short-term stays but not included for long-term stays over 28 nights.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor public areas for security and safety reasons only.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated, especially after 10 pm. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- All guests must wear proper swim attire to be able to use the pool. Street clothes (especially those made of denim) are PROHIBITED as they affect and contaminate the water.

Property was lovely and exceeded expectations. Very clean and updated. Property manager was prompt in replying. One block up was a market that had everything we wanted. Only 10 minutes drive to shopping and restaurants. The pool was clean and we thoroughly enjoyed swimming in our private pool!! Wanted to stay much longer!!

Family vacation
There were 5 people in our party. We arrived and were able to enter the property with no problems. We had a little issue when we arrived but it was quickly resolved. The listing showed 3 king beds and it ended up being one king and 2 queens. The property manager/owner was very quick with getting back to me on this issue and was very nice and made things right for us. We loved being in front of the ocean with our own private pool. The house was the perfect size for our family and we enjoyed our stay. Even though we had a couple issues, they were quickly resolved and I would still give 5 stars. Thank you to the property manager/owner for letting us stay here and being so helpful and accommodating.
