Welcome to our spacious, family-friendly home in an awesome location just a short walk from the vibrant Zona Central in the heart of La Paz! You’ll be just 1-½ blocks from the seaside Malecón! This prime location means you’re just a stroll away from the best dining, shopping, activities and entertainment that La Paz has to offer. Comfortably designed for up to 4 guests, our home is equipped with important basic comforts of home. Also, if local art interests you, all the paintings in the home are for sale!
Imagine starting your day with a leisurely walk along the Malecón, enjoying the breathtaking sea views, artisan markets, and public art installations. After a day of exploring and having fun in the sun, unwind in the best place in the home, on the roof terrace – in the sun or the shade! – with a beverage and a smile. Sit back and relax in the lounge chairs, work on your suntan, and enjoy a fabulous sunset and tranquil evening ambiance.
When you step inside, you’ll experience our naturally well-lit, with sliding glass doors and windows to let the sun in. You'll be greeted by a spacious open floor plan and room to breathe! You’ll have a big open dining area with a table for four for meals at home, facing the glass doors to the enclosed yard.
Nearby is the fully equipped kitchen with everything you’d need to prepare meals at home. You’ll have all the major appliances, cooking basics.
Head upstairs and find a cozy sofa lounge area with a Smart TV for enjoying downtime at home. If you need to work, you’re in luck—there’s good WiFi, and in this lounge area, you’ll find a hand-carved wood desk with a property office chair and lamp. You can work comfortably here if you must – but not too much!
When it’s time to rest, there are 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen bed, nice closet space, room-darkening shades, and A/C for a restful night’s sleep. There’s a full bathroom upstairs and a half bath on the main level.

The property is conveniently located in Zona Central, downtown La Paz just 1.5 blocks from the seaside Malecón and the water! Here you’ll find just about everything from shopping, to dining, nightlife, beach bars, artisan markets, and souvenir shops. There are also a lot of great beaches nearby and water sports like kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, sailing/catamaran/boat, whale-watching tours, and more!
Getting Around:
The property is about 16 km | 10 mi from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and 194 km | 120 mi from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD). There is private parking onsite if you are arriving by car.

- The TV is equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available.
- Guests must climb stairs at the property and access the upper floors.
- During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where, at times, you can be without water possibly for 4-5 hours at a time. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us with the shortage of our precious water resources. Please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed, and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. We invite all our guests to help conserve water by following the recommendations below. We appreciate your support and understanding. We also must inform you that the property runs on water tanks. We provide a full cistern upon arrival. If it is necessary to refill the water, it will be the guest's responsibility.
Turn off the faucet while you wash your dishes, brush your teeth or lather your hands.
Take shorter baths/showers & turn off the faucet when lathering up.
If you use the washing machine, please wash only when you have a full load.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in to be paid in cash to our local team.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur and for any extra cleaning costs incurred during their stay.
- The house is equipped with an alarm system and an electric fence for security.
