Very quiet villa between sea and forest

The very calm and non-terraced villa is located in a back alley, it has a surface of 110 m² and extends over 500 m² of landscaped land, fully fenced. It is composed of a large living / dining room with TV, a fitted American kitchen, 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1: 1 160 cm bed with TV and bedroom 2: 2 90 cm beds), a mezzanine ( with BZ for 2 additional beds), a bathroom (with shower); an independent WC and it has a terrace of 50 M². The garden is completely wooded. Possibility to have 2 more beds in the living room (sofa convertible into a real bed). All bedding is new. All linens are provided at no extra charge.
Children and 'doggies' will be able to 'frolic' safely

Located opposite the harbor of Toulon, at the foot of Cap Sicié, La Seyne sur Mer is a seaside resort in the Var, located on the shores of the Mediterranean. Haus mit Garten
Die Ankunft war etwas holprig, da unter der angebenen Telefonnummer jemand abnahm, der Nichts von einer Vermietung wußte. Der Schreck saß! Patrick hat sich aber Minuten später gemeldet und alles war gut. Das Haus ist überwiegend sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es gab 2 Schlafzimmer und eine Galerie mit einer weiteren Ausziehcouch. Das Untergeschoss mit Wohnküche und Essplatz ist sehr groß. Der Garten scheint etwas vernachlässigt und insgesamt ist das Haus in die Jahre gekommen. Wir würden uns evtl Insektengitter an den Fenstern wünschen, wenn es schon keine Klimaanlage gibt! Es kühlt wuderbar ab in der Nacht. Wir haben den vielen Platz sehr genossen, wenn doch recht teuer zu viert. Wir würden das Haus für eine große Familie empfehlen. Patrick war sehr freundlich und auch ohne Französichkenntnisse sind wir gut ausgekommen.

Nous avons apprécié le calme de la propriété. Malgré quelques aléas sur les équipements, tout a été réglé et pris en charge extrêmement rapidement par le propriétaire. Proximité de la mer, accessible à pied à travers un joli parc. Toutes commodités également (commerces) à deux pas.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette propriété bien équipée. Le propriétaire et les personnes qui nous ont accueillis sont toutes très gentilles et prevenantes. Compte tenu des températures cet été, l'absence de climatisation a été une source d'inquiétude. Toutefois, les courants d'air en journée et les nuits plus fraiches (heureusement) nous ont permis de relativiser; Cependant l'investissement pourrait être salvateur 😉. La maison mériterait qq rafraichissements : prises électriques qui ne tiennent pas, lumière non fonctionnelle... Quelques détails sans gravité toutefois Merci encore pour cette belle semaine passée chez vous Dorothée et Alain

Une superbe maison louée pour 8 jeunes durant l’été. La maison ne manque de rien et est équipée pour 8 (voir plus). Un barbecue, une plancha, machine à laver et lave vaisselle sont à disposition : de quoi passer se supers vacances. Elle dispose également d’une tres grande terrasse ! La maison est à moins de 10 minutes en voiture des plages. Le coin est très vivant durant août et il y a beaucoup d’activités proposées! M. Carillo nous a tres bien accueilli et à répondu présent tres rapidement lors de nos questionnements. Les propriétaires de la maison répondent également tres rapidement aux messages et nous ont apporté toutes les précisions nécessaires à la réservation. Mes amis et moi les remercions pour la confiance qu’ils nous ont accordés, notamment au regard de notre âge et du nombre que nous étions. Nous repartons plus que ravis de ce séjour !

Logement conforme à nos attentes
La maison correspond à la description, bien entretenue et bien équipée. Le voisinage est proche mais est resté très calme. Pas de vis-à-vis (mais pas de vue particulière non plus). Une voiture est nécessaire pour aller à la plage ou au centre-ville, mais une boulangerie notamment est à proximité. En somme une location tout à fait agréable pour séjourner avec nos deux enfants jeunes adultes.

Excellent, but a bit far from the beaches
Very nice house, no hassle: everything is included in the price. It comes with sheets and towels, good wifi, and an end cleaning. Environment is a quiet residential area; you need to drive to all the sights/beaches/shops/restaurants etc. If that doesn't bother you, this is an excellent choice for a vacation.

Die Ausstattung ist gut, für zwei Familien ein bisschen knapp, weil auch nur ein Bad und ein WC, für eine Familie aber sicher ideal. Für die Lage auch ausreichend Freiraum um das Haus und vor allem Ruhe sowie freundliche sich allseits grüßende Nachbarn. Die Strände sind mit dem Auto wirklich in 10 Minuten zu erreichen, besonders fein am Plages Des Vernes, weil auch kleiner Pinienpark vorgelagert, Parken kein Problem.
