Beautiful views!
The rooms were cute, clean, and well appointed, and the property was recently renovated. They have the most georgous rooftop views, as well as from our room. It wont let me upload photos, but trust me its amazing! The staff was also very nice.

A great option to stay at La Spezia ( beautiful city by the way). I was impressed by the professionalism of their front desk staff. I forgot my laptop in the room and the front staff personally recovered it for me. Breakfast was great, location convenient, better accessed by taxi or a decent walk if you are into hiking and enjoying the vibe and beautiful views. Looking forward to my next stay 💖💖💖

Property was in a decent location with an excellent view of the city from the under-utilized rooftop. The parking is street/city parking spots outside the property (not reserved) and can be very difficult to come by. I would hate to have been there during peak tourist season looking for parking. The breakfast was nothing to write home about, recommend eating the delicious food out in town. Staff at check in and when I had difficulty finding parking was outstanding and very helpful. Staff: 5 Stars. Accommodation: 3 Stars.

The view of the see from the top floor is beautiful! This is a fantastic place to stay with helpful and friendly staff. We are already planning our next trip to include a stay here but definitely longer!

Staff was very nice, room was clean, breakfast was good. Parking was insufficient as were dinner options for kids with limited dining nearby. View was beautiful. Air conditioning struggled - was hotter in the room when we left than when we arrived despite having the air on the entire time. Dead bugs in the corridors and on stairs.

there is no parking at the property (parking on the street subject to free spot). Sometimes the city closes the main street making very difficult to reach the hotel, on top of that there is LTZ (limited trafic zone) making this efort worse.
