We were most excited for this hotel because it looked lovely online and even in the lobby it felt very well taken care of and new and clean. Unfortunately it just went downhill from there. The first room they gave as soon as we walked in we noticed a used bed and dirty dishes on the desk and it appeared as though someone was in the bathroom. We quickly rushed out of there and went down to the front desk to tell them there may be a room mix up. The next room they agve us, we went into seemed great until we went into the bathroom and someone had clearly used the toilet and There were stains and marks all over the toilet bowl. Very nasty to see when you are paying for and expecting a clean room. At that stage we were so tired and were only there for one night so just decided to flushh it a bunch of times and stay. When we checked out the next morning we mentioned this to the staff at the front desk who just said that he wasnt working so wasnt responsible for it and was nothing he could do. Very dismissive and disappointing. Unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel due to these issues and lack of care for its guests

Hilton was an absolute amazing stay and loved everything from the front desk to the room and the amenities. Spot on and it’s is such a beautiful place to relax wind down from a long day of travel. We will for sure be back again soon. Such a convenient location in La Verkin stores and eateries are so close and they do have a restaurant on property, Check hours on breakfast and dinner service. Such a great place and an enjoyable experience.

Brand new and nicely done property. The lobby is an open space to the restaurant and bar. It all looks modern and welcoming. Downside 1. A front desk clerk asked another clerk for a key. The key was thrown at her without a heads up. The clerk who asked for it was lucky she notice the key flying towards her. She said to the other clerk, "Don't throw stuff at me!" The manager needs to address professionalism and not engaging in this type of behavior in front of guests. Downside 2. We returned to our room at 5:00 p.m. and it had not been made. I tried to contact the manager directly about these issues but could not locate a way to do so. Manager man- nice place. We had a lovely stay overall. Please address the areas reported here.

Great hotel for our needs, was about. 15-20 minute drive to ZION and half the price as all the hotels that where closer. Rooms where very clean looked fully renovated. Thanks!
