Great Location
Location was great. Little remote, but that's what we wanted. We were glad we had a car. Just an FYI, most of the grocery stores in the southern part close at 1pm on Sundays. It was also interesting to find a restaurant on Sunday night. Traffic can be crazy depending on the time of the day. Going for a run was interesting. I felt like I was in the video game "Frogger" trying to dodge the traffic. Views at the villa were fantastic. We spent alot of time by the pool. Thanks for letting us stay.

Nice secluded
The villa is setup nice with everything you need. Access to the beach is good, but it is a little walk. Very quite beach with little activity. Everything has a key lock, and they're all different. You only get one set of keys, which is a problem if there is more than one couple who are doing different things. The driveway has a gate, the front door, the beach access, all have gates with different keys. This could easily be fixed with combination locks. Pool is nice, but I wish you could turn the pool light off at night to make star gazing better. Recommend wearing shoes on the deck as there are many worn and warped boards with screws sticking up. AC works amazing, and the appliances all suited us well. Overall I would stay again and recommend to anyone. The views are second to none. great place to enjoy a Piton beer and watch the sun go down.

Fabulous Accommodations
Three Palms is a lovely, spacious home with wonderful accommodations. We arrived late afternoon to the sound of the tree frogs, one of my favorite sounds! We cooked a full turkey dinner for our British friend on Christmas Day, and made many meals while there in the well equipped kitchen with full sized refrigerator. Being able to do laundry was a big plus. We loved the fact that at any time of the day one could sit outdoors and still be in the shade. We saw rainbows most every morning, saw views of Gros Piton and St. Vincent, and had tropical mockingbirds, grey kingbirds and bullfinches for company. Noelissa, the property manager, was immediately available if we had any questions. We felt very safe at this property, and loved that it was not far from Laborie, Soufriere, and Vieux Fort. We highly recommend Three Palms.

The pool and ocean front setting were great. The house is in poor shape. It took over a day for the a/c to cool the house off. We had multiple issues with the electric. We spent the first couple days flipping breakers in order to keep both a/c and lights going. The deck is dangerous, many warped boards. I wouldn’t recommend this home and won’t be back.

Wonderful stay in St. Lucia
We loved our stay at 3 Palms Villa. The house manager, Dani. Was outstanding and knew so much about the island. There were 4 of us including 2 young adult children. We loved the pool and private beach. The house was very comfortable. We spent 6 day and alternated between days at the villa And days exploring the island. We would highly recommend 3 palms Villa to anyone who wants to visit st. Lucia but avoid the crowds of the resorts to the north. Laborie has wonderful restaurants and we loved cooking at the villa.

Quiet and private
This rental and its location were perfect for a quite get away to St. Lucia. We spent many hours each day just enjoying the view from the huge deck and the pool. The house was well kept and had many great features to enhance our stay. The location in the south of St. Lucia away from the resort areas was a big plus for us. We were just a 30 minute drive from Soufriere and the Pitons which gave us many options for activities during our stay. We appreciated the local feel to the area instead of commercialized area around the resorts which don't give a person the true sense of the island. The property manager Dani was a huge help and went above and beyond to help make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Thanks Dani!!

Unbelievable view, quiet, great value
The property is situated on a point and has an incredible view of the ocean. Gros Piton is visible as is St Vincent on a clear day. Dani and team were extraordinary hosts making sure to personally check us in and out. We had the misfortune of being on site for Hurricane Beryl but Dani and Manley helped us feel at ease. The property has storm shutters on every window and door and we felt safe as the storm rolled through. The pool was a favorite for the kids. The beach is meh but it’s nice to have nearby. I recommend looking up Anse L’Ivrogne for a truly remote beach that isn’t too far of a drive. A couple things to know about the location. The Massey grocery in Choiseul is the closest and least busy but not as well stocked as the Massey in Vieux Fort. We had a hard time finding meat that wasn’t frozen in Choiseul. The gates were a little off putting initially and made me question the safety of the neighborhood. However, by the time we left we realized it really is a safe, quiet neighborhood and the gated areas appear to be more of an issue where neighbors are trying to block access to the beach and villas from others nearby—suburbia knows no cultural barriers lol. Communication was excellent which was critical for us. When we got in US carriers were blacked out internationally, the Bank of St. Lucia was on strike, and the hurricane came through days in to our stay. It could’ve been a nightmare vacation but Dani and team went above and beyond to make it a trip we loved!

Best R & R ever!
My friend and I do a trip every June and this has been the best place yet! We love to float in the pool so we spent most of our time there. Another plus was NO NOISE except the ocean crashing below! Loved it!! Everything was like the pictures!! Dani the manager was the best with tips and reservations.....highly recommend Treetops for a very unique restaurant and the best views!

What a view!
The staff response, location, cleanliness and overall set up of this villa is fabulous. We stayed for a month and split our days between activities on the island and lounging at the pool. The sunsets; beach etc are amazing and the villa has all you need and comfortable. One thing to know that this villa is constantly booked. As such it is difficult for staff to be given the opportunity to do maintenance on the pool area and since the pool decking is in constant sun, it shows the wear and tear. we quickly got over that, and enjoyed our stay immensely. I depend on honest reviews and as such mention this in our review. The view alone is a multi-million dollar item! And would definitely stay again.

Idyllic...
My wife and I were fortunate enough to come across this property when we were looking for places to stay in St. Lucia... the house and setting honestly couldn't be more perfect. Sitting high on a cliff, the ocean views are stunning, and between swimming in the pool and body-surfing the waves at our (basically) own private black sand beach, our kids never wanted to leave the house. The owner, John, and property manager, Dani, were great to work with, and we couldn't recommend this property more. This was our first time in St. Lucia, and we're definitely hoping to go back again soon. If you've never been, make sure you get the lambi (conch) wrap at Aquarius on the Bay... outstanding!

Peaceful paradise
Beautiful place! So peaceful and the views are incredible! We enjoyed sitting in the gazebo every evening to watch the sunsets. The pool and deck areas were nice places to relax too. I appreciated all the plants, trees, bird and frog sounds. The private beach is really cool although we didn’t get to swim here because the waves were too rough during our stay. But it was fun to walk on it! Dani is a fantastic host who is very helpful and will give suggestions on things to do and places to eat. She’s wonderful!! I highly recommend 3 Palms!!

Wonderful Retreat
The property is beautiful with a an expansive outdoor area and pool and very comfortable home. The house manager, Dani, was extremely friendly and helpful. She had the refrigerator stocked with provisions for the first 24hours and always responded promptly to our questions. Knowing what we know now, we’d probably do more cooking in the home and call well in advance for any restaurant meals. We’d love to go back.

Overall it was great. The villa is very spacious and beautiful. We had misunderstanding at the beginning such as lack of shampoo and conditioner (we didn't bring ours but there is none at the villa). And the personal chef rate is confused, it is $50 person to come to cook but at the end, we were charged $500 (3 adults and 2 young kids but the kids are free basically they didn't eat anything). We moved on and enjoyed the rest of time at the villa. The private beach, the breathtaking view at the balcony, the comfortable beds etc. We highly recommend to have your own car if you live here. We gave thanks to Dani who tried her best to make us feel welcome such as contacting us earlier when we booked the villa, all resources such as supper market, restaurants, tour actives etc.

Great Stay
A group of 6 (3 couples) stayed at 3 Palms for a long week. The house was very comfortable for us and the way we travel. We spent lots of time on the very large deck having morning coffee, lounging in the pool, having cocktails, watching great sunsets, and star gazing at night. Dani, the house manager was fantastic. She provided us with lots of info and suggestions for what to do on the island and who to contact. She was always responsive if we had questions and was easy to contact through WhatsApp. John, the owner, was also quick to respond and a great help prior to our trip answering questions. The house is in a pretty good location but I would recommend renting a car as there are not restaurants or stores in walking distance. The benefit was privacy! There are two other villas behind this one but you don't even know there are there. There is a grocery within a 5 minute drive and the town of Vieux Fort with more options was less than 30 minutes away. The kitchen was small but adequate as our group likes to cook. There is so much to love about St Lucia (the sea, the beauty, the people) and 3 Palms is a great base for exploring. We would definitely stay here again. We had a fantastic week exploring St.Lucia and 3 Palms was a great place to land at the end of our days.

Amazing trip
We stayed for a week for our 18th wedding anniversary. Dannielle was very helpful well before we were scheduled to arrive sending ideas of what to do on the island and helpful travel Information. She was always very responsive to anything that we needed during our stay. We booked chef Chevron and Nicole for dinners for the week and they went above and beyond preparing some amazing dinners! They took the stress of having to go out to dinner or cook and do dishes giving us extra time to soak in the amazing views and the sunsets. We also booked Keiya for massages under the gazebo and I must say that was the best massage I have ever had. The house was fully stocked and had everything we needed. We did not travel much of the island besides going to the mud baths and minerals springs. We booked this trip to relax and enjoy the view. The views from the pool deck and gazebo on the point (my favorite spot) are unforgettable and the black sand beach is not a far walk down to. Thank you again for sharing this amazing place with us and we will be back soon.

Excellent location, excellent service but the property does need some updates. Property Management was exceptional. Always available to help in any way. Beautiful view and so peaceful. Did not want to leave. Would love to visit again some day.

The villa was amazing! The views and expansive decks were great! Our only problem was that the flooring in the living room and dining room was buckling and we kept tripping over the raised portions. Hopefully the owner will replace the flooring so that no one gets hurt. Other than this the villa was perfect for us.

Can't beat it! Will definitely be back!
We stayed for 15 days in August and had an extremely lovely time! The location, views, and outdoor space are 5 star no doubt! We felt so safe and comfortable. The space is more worn than photos in the listing show as another reviewer has pointed out, but scuffed floors and the like didn't come close to spoiling our stay. Had some hiccups with the ac (they're working to replace the system so it actually works in the master - got a bit warm for us in Aug!) And the hot water situation. It's a solar heating system and it appeared to be quite small, so we all had chilly showers because it was partly cloudy numerous days - but again - we lived and saw another beautiful day on the island in the morning. Our kids are younger and were crabby about it but we took it as a lesson learned about traveling. It's been months since we've been home and I'm still missing St. Lucia and the villa. If you're a super fussy traveler hoping for a resort situation this may not be for you, but if you want priceless views, location, outdoor space and a solid place to stay you'll adore it! We are already hoping to come back next year! Thanks to Jon, Dani, and Emma for your hospitality!
