We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it was clean, affordable, conveniently close to Lac la Biche and the local grocery stores. Also the staff were friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was good, the dining area was open 24 hours, and the laundry facilities were free for guests. We would definitely consider staying there again if we return to Lac la Biche.

I was at a rodeo the second day i looked at my phone and i missed two calls from the hotel when i phoned them they asked me why i didn't check out i explained that i had booked in for two nights they said i only had it for one nights i said no i had conformation for 2 nights and paid for two nights

The room smelled horrible, not enough towels, says pet friendly but no access to a designated area to walk dog. Breakfast was not very good.

My only complaint was my last night there the room above me played their music until after 1:00am, it was loud enough you could feel it thumping in my room. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. Front desk staff was very friendly.

Room was great and comfortable, only part we didnt like was the hotel was full of truckers/rig workers. Myself and daughter stayed and felt uncomfortable as they sat drinking booze stairing at us as we walked to and from our car. Would be nice if the rooms had a better locking system.

The staff were friendly; popcorn and fresh baked cookies were a very nice welcoming treat. The room was spacious, clean and the AC kept it cool during a heat wave. The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast ie. the eggs and sausage were overcooked, dry and unappealing; pancakes undercooked. Coffee and waffles were fine.

It was a pleasant place to stay while visiting my son who recently moved to the area. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to other family members from out of town/province.
