Well placed near the water. Check in is not at the hotel but nearby. Went the wrong way trying to find the hotel. It is bizarrely, built attached to a huge abandoned apartment building. Looks like a reno project that Covid killed. However, hotel was excellent. Will stay there again.

It was a fine apartment, very close to the best beach in Lagos and scenic boardwalk trails! We appreciated the location, having so much space to spread out, and extra towels for the beach. We read the reviews ahead of time and were prepared for the downsides: off-site reception, attached to a condemned building, difficult to navigate the very tight parking lot, a cold pool that had not been skimmed of bugs, and the hot tub not functioning. It is not a high end hotel, but it met our needs for the week and we had a pleasant stay.

Huge place! Comfortable bed. A bit of a walk to the old town centre - about 30 minutes but very close to the beautiful boardwalks overlooking the sculpted cliffs. Very close to a beautiful small beach too. No hotel cafe but we enjoyed the Nauticus cafe next door. The suit has a kitchen but would have been nice to have some coffee - even instant provided. There is a coffee machine in the lobby which is very inexpensive but our black coffee tasted like it had sugar in it. We both like it without sugar so opted to buy some instant for the room.

The hotel is on a quiet small street that has easy access to Praia Dona Ana and a boarded walkway that brings you all the way to Ponta da Piedade. I was initially nervous because the hotel is connected to an abandoned building. But the hotel is clean, very new looking and the hostess at check in was great. Parking is available on the street or underground for hotel guests. We drove to Lagos but there are a few restaurants nearby… we went to pizzeria GattodiAro, great pizzas! Our suite was very big and had an outdoor private balcony that you could see the ocean. Lovely

Beautiful location , spacious and clean. The only negative was an abandoned project building next door, but you can't blame the property for that. Great access to a beautiful beach on a gorgeous bay, and a 3km boardwalk up on the cliffs above taking you along the coast.

The apartment was very spacious, clean, with an amazing view. Perfect location to the beach and walking trails. The amenities were great, very convenient to have beach towels and beach umbrella provided. Overall great stay and would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. Our unit was very clean, modern, spacious and the air quality inside the room felt very fresh. This building is under renovation which makes the appearance unattractive from the outside. But the renovated side looks nice. Because of the renovations, this property does not currently provide some amenities that other places offer. They do not have food service or a restaurant. If you prefer pools, they currently only have a very small pool but they offer access to a larger pool at another location nearby. We didn’t check it out. The property is a 3 min walk to the beach and a 15 min walk to the town centre that has many restaurants and shops. You can also Uber for a very reasonable rate. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this place.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just a few meters from the beach. The rooms are clean, spacious and have their own bathroom. The property is well-equipped and has a huge balcony. The staff are helpful and kind. There is one negative: they change the laundry at 5 am and the noise of the truck and the cage can be heard in the room.

Location is beautiful. I thought i had reserved room w view. They kindly moved me to a room w a view w a small addl fee. Its not their fault ...there is a large empty bldg next door but that did not bother us or affect our stay in any way. Within walking distance to beach, boardwalk, and lil grocery store. We even walked to town within apx 15 mins. Room was very nice and clean. Loved it. Would stay again!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They even drove us to the site with our luggage’s as check in was at another location up the street. We were also able to upgrade to a room with a few for a nominal fee. House keeping is completed daily but no water is provided by the property. They recommend a short walk to a mini mart up the hill which has all the basic essentials at reasonable prices. The apartment is extremely close to the Praia D Ana beach which is gorgeous and located directly in front a beautiful hiking trail that overlooks the water. It does get super windy in the evening so a sweater and warmer clothing is needed. The staff also can assist with booking tours, dinner reservations or transportation as needed but I highly recommend using Bolt or Uber. Luca’s Restaurant is located 1 property over in the Carvi Hotel which was delicious and you also can head to their pool bar for food or drink during the day if you like. Only down fall is the abandoned building next door which they plan to tear down and build a resort and spa. Would highly recommend this property to friends and family.
