My place is located in the best tourist area in Puerto Rico, La Parguera, "Water Front Vibrant Community". Just 3 mins walking distance to El Poblado where you can find tour packages for gorgeous keys like Caracol & Mata La Gata. Enjoy access to boating, jet-skiing, swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, scuba, paddle boarding, or just relax by nearby beaches, like Playita Rosada, a unique in-land ocean pool, 10 mins away by car w/ BBQ Gazebo, mountain biking and hiking trails to unforgettable views.
Whether you want to spend a short time with us, or have a longer stay for family visits and/or business, we welcome all to join us in the experience of the Guayacan Guest House.

You will not only be thrilled by the price but by the experience you get for passing through. We strive to make your stay a memorable and wonderful experience with a top notch cleaning standard.

For you we have a spacious house with a "L" shape balcony for up to 10 people. It has air conditioners on all the house with 3 bedrooms, 5 full beds, all equipped with mattress covers, sheets, and pillows. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar for 3, a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, pots and pans, microwave, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, dishwashing soap, and paper towels. Two full bathrooms with all the essential toiletry (towels, bar soap, shampoo/conditioner), water heater, a hair blower, and iron/iron board. A large dining room with two dining sets and a comfortable living room with L-Shape Sofa and a 40” Smart TV. The entire house has wifi. The L-Shape Balcony offers plenty of space for a memorable relaxing time, after a long day filled with adventures, on the two hammocks, playing dominos, or viewing the sea and the majestic sunset view.

The entire house is on the second floor of a private complex. There is a gated spacious shared parking lot for cars and small water vessels. The property has 24-hour camera surveillance for your security. Camping and parties are not allowed. Trained and services dog are welcome with a small fee and their crate.

Self checking and assistance is provided by a local host 24/7. I am available to offer help throughout your stay via phone and text message.
There's a private balcony or patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.

Short but nice
This property is walking distance to restaurants, shops and where you take boat rides. It represents the Puerto Rican houses from the past but with the bonus of AC. Owner is very responsive and acomodating! Perfect for our one night at The Parguera! Will be back!

It was an "ok" place to stay. I like the fact that we were very close to our destination and that it has enough space for all of us. BUT.... it was NOT clean. The floor were sticky, the bathroom were dirty and stinky and the kitchen... well lets just say it was not what i was expecting. The house (except the rooms that did have great AC) was very very hot, Two fans in the living room is not enough to keep the rest of the house fresh and agreeable. i dont think i will rent this apartment again.

Perfect!!
We stayed at this property after a day on the water. It was clean, very spacious, and had everything we could have needed. The wrap around porch with hammocks and lounge space was extraordinary! The neighborhood was quiet but a quick walk into the center of town. We highly recommend and will be back for sure.
