Peaceful Lake House - Perfect for the Whole Family!

Spacious & fully updated lake house with 5,400 square feet that sleeps up to 24! This property boasts 225 feet of lake frontage and is situated on over an acre of land! 50 ft of sandy beach is located directly in front of the walkout. Beach area includes two docks on either side. Also, fire pit and beach chairs are onsite. Views of the lake can be seen from every bedroom! Beautiful lake views can also be seen from the kitchen, dining room, living room, screen room and walk out. Cable and wifi included. Washer and dryer included. Heat throughout. Central air conditioning also. There are 5 bedrooms, a loft and 4 full bathrooms, one including jacuzzi tub. Game room includes fully equipped pool table, card table, shuffle board table, air hockey & Foosball table. Second full size refrigerator is located in the lower level kitchenette along with a second dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven and Keurig. Balcony off third floor bedroom, deck all along main floor and patio from walkout. Deck on main floor provides ample space for outdoor dining, lounging and enjoying gorgeous views of the lake including 4 tables with 16 chairs, 4 lounge chairs and 2 chaise lounge chairs. Plenty of parking at entrance to property. Attach garage accessible. Only 15 minutes from downtown Cadillac. Enjoy shopping, ice cream, or dining out at many of Cadillac's local restaurants. Location is convenient to both Caberfae and Crystal Mountain ski resorts, and short drives to Lake Michigan and Traverse City. Also included are 4 adult sized single kayaks, 6 adult tandem kayaks, 2 kid kayaks, 2 Stand Up Paddle Boards and a row boat. Recently added to ensure your comfort and relaxation include a whole house generator and an outdoor 7 person hot tub. Whether swimming, boating, fishing, skiing or just getting away to relax in some peace and quiet, the lake house has something for everyone!

We had a great experience!!! Cannot say enough good things about this house and the host. It’s close to caddliac and made it a great place to stay even in the winter. It was very accommodating do our multi family group. We were very comfortable. The game room is a huge plus. We will stay here again!

Amazing for Gathering!
I cannot say ENOUGH about this property and host! While the photos and description were what made me pick this listing, they really don’t do it justice! I was amazed at how many gathering spaces there are to choose from. Not only do you have a gigantic dining table that comfortably fit all 14 of us, but there were so many other spaces that allowed us all to gather and hang out together. The living room couches, the patio had enough seating for at least 16, the campfire had enough chairs, and there were even enough kayaks for a huge group of us to go together. The house was also insanely well stocked. We didn’t have kids with us, but as a mom I noted how many baby/toddler supplies and toys there were. Had I come with my family, I wouldn’t have had to worry about all the accoutrements that go along with having young kids, because Julia has clearly thought of it all! You could tell this wasn’t just an investment property and that many family vacations had taken place here. There were so many amenities that other places I’ve stayed didn’t even think about. All in all, we will absolutely be returning! It was an incredibly beautiful and rejuvenating stay! 12/10 stars.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Our family of 15 had lots of fun kayaking, swimming, playing corn hole, shuffleboard, pool, fooze ball, and sitting around the fire pit making s’mores. Lots of room for everyone!!

Excellent Venue to gather Family
We brought a small family reunion of Grandma and Grandpa plus five young families. This property had everything we wanted or needed, and we felt silly packing some of the things that were just here for us. Great location, perfect for young kids, very peaceful during our late August stay. Can't think of enough great things to say, highly recommend.

This was a perfect space for our large family Christmas gathering. The sleeping capacity was plentiful and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked to the brim with everything you need to cook for over 20 people! However, having all of the beautiful dishes matching caused a lot of "is that my coffee or yours" LOL! The host left us the sweetest welcome bag and some local wines to enjoy while we were there! I would love to enjoy the space when the lake is thawed! Thank you Julie!!!

The house was beautiful, very spacious, clean, easy access through out the home. Plenty of bathrooms for so many people. Kitchen stocked with plenty of cooking supplies (pots and pans along with cooking utensils). The outside setting facing the lake was breath taking for morning coffee. The noted beach front was a nice site but you are unable to swim in the water(thick black muck) within walking distance is a small beach area with clean water. The host was helpful when needed. Replied quickly when needed. I would definitely pick this beautiful home again for up coming events. Enjoy your stay if you choose this home!! Rosa S

I booked this home for my brother-in-laws bachelor party and it could not have worked out better. Everyone enjoyed the home and everything it had to offer. I highly recommend this place for any mass gatherings moving forward.

Awesome home with all the necessities
We had 16 people stay at the house for a long weekend. We enjoyed kayaking, playing outdoor yard games, bonfires, the hot tub, grilling, and golfing at local course. The house was very well equipped for our group and the sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. This is a great house for a large group. Julia was pleasant to communicate with and even left a goodie bag for me (that hasn't been done before from a host). I would recommend this place for anyone and we are interested in coming back!

Very family oriented resort. Baby friendly including gates, pack n plays, food trays. spacious for our 10 grandchildren ages 1-9. House is well furnished with everything you need. Kitchen is well equipped with every appliance pots, pans large dishes, spices, crockpots, and roaster. Big sandy area, however not good for swimming. Water is very mucky. Great beach down the road. Fishing wasn’t great. Worth the rental cost.

I highly recommend this house to anyone with a large group. There is so much space in the yard for group activities. We enjoyed playing bocce ball, beersbee, cornhole, and frisbee in the yard. We were also thankful for the generous amount of firewood provided for bonfires. The only downside is the murky water. The only way to enjoy the water is to go out on a kayak past the weeds/murky water.

Friends Trip to Northern Michigan
We LOVED this place. So many things have been thought of, if you do your grocery shopping right you’ll never have (want) to leave. They have everything you could hope to find to give you that up north trip. We loved the variety of boats, the dedicated firewood for our group, clean/comfortable/ADULT SIZED beds. Everybody was comfortable and loved their stay, we hope to come back!

Excellent Facility truly equipped for 20 People
The owners of this facility truly know how to run a VRBO property! Everything was organized and labeled. There was plenty of toilet paper, towels, cooking utensils, outdoor seating, fire wood, etc. Extremely well done. The facility and owner are 5 stars but the lake was too shallow and mucky to really use (unless you like to kayak).

The property was exactly as listed. Plenty of room for everyone and lots to do. The community beach/swim area was a great surprise! We have rented vacation homes for over twenty years and this one was the first to provide items such as paper towels, garbage bags, Kleenex, Ziplocs, etc. The goodie bag was a wonderful surprise! Upon entry you can tell right away, this place is taken care of! Great welcome gift, had a shower issue, it was fixed within the hour by the maintenance man(who is great) he followed up the next day to make sure all was well! The only downside was the lake was a little dirty, but owners can’t control that! So we’ll equipped, we have stayed a different place each year, for 5 years, and this was by far the best equipped, everything has been thought of! Thanks for a great week this year!! Darlene
