If you just need a place to sleep for a night, it is fine. I wouldn’t recommend an extended stay. The hotel has a weird chemical like smell. The walls seem really thin, could hear the neighbors at 2am and there was a dog somewhere in the hotel that barked at random times throughout the night. The beds were decent. The room was clean enough but they could definitely do better. The location is great, just a few minutes into town and right off of the highway. If you just need a quick and cheap place to crash, it’s perfect.

Justin at the front desk was great! He was friendly, helpful, and courteous. The bathroom and sink are was a bit dirty and out dated. The window drape didn’t cover the window all the way so I had to rig it. But…what did I expect for as inexpensive as it was. Again…Justin was fantastic!

Staff ignored us during check-in. We were told rooms had just been renovated and cleaned. After 30 minutes of waiting at the front desk to get checked we finally got a room key. We headed upstairs to our room and it was decent at first glance. Then noticed the floors were sticky, I went to check the bed (for bed bugs) there was no fitted sheet or protective mattresses cover…there was what looked like black and brown dirt all over the mattress. We decided not to stay the night and just left as there was smells coming from the rooms and there was a giant gab in the door that I was able to place my fingers under so the rooms weren’t even secure. If I could give zeros I would…. Just wish I could get my money back.

Stayed in hotel room for one hour before I had to leave for a family emergency. Tried to get a refund, but the front desk didn't respond to calls from hotels.com or myself. Every time I called, I was forwarded to voicemail. Maybe the hotel should have someone manning the front desk for customer service. Will never book here again!

This property was downright disgusting should not even be listed on the website if I could give it less than a zero I would unsafe unhygienic hasn't been cleaned does not match the pictures on the website whatsoever and checked out immediately after checking in and was refused a refund

This property promoted itself Inn by Lake George and shows numerous pictures of the lake on site. However that is not the case, lake is about 10 miles away. Property is old and run down.

Never got enought towels one 1 towel for 3 people ask multiple times for more. Accused of smoking in the room. Coming into the room after we told them NO. Spraying paint on the ceiling on bathroom while not there. Smell was awful effect my breathing. Some of the stuff was so rude when you spoke to them.

As a Wyndham Card Holder I really expected to see an up to date and clean environment - unfortunately, both rooms were unclean, the linen dirty, people hanging out on the walkways, overall, it had the feel of a "no-tell motel". Damages to the room (punched in door to the bathroom) broken air conditioning unit. Unfortunate odor to the rooms, just "dank" overall. Overall, an unsafe feeling - little to no lighting on the walkways, people milling about on the steps. We stated that we couldn't stay because of these reasons to the staff, who simply looked at us, shook his head as he agreed with our assessment as he handed me the card for the manager Paul Patel. I expected that Paul would call me as this isn't an ok situation. We had to find other arraignments and at midnight this was difficult to do. I do expect to be credited the amount paid. First of all no ice machine. I was told by the manager it was on order but the staff told me the old one died in the spring. The staff did their best cleaning but the place needs a remodel. I don't recommend staying there.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We chose not to have the breakfast they provided (it looked like mostly cold cereal and coffee) instead we found a wonderful diner just down the road. The staff was friendly and both check in and out was as smooth as could be. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Horrible! I don’t like leaving bad reviews but our room was awful. Smelled funny, sheets had stuff fall off them, mirror was dirty, floor was dirty. I had to wipe my feet with wet wipes before putting shoes on after walking around barefoot to get ready to leave. Slept terrible and woke early to get the hell out of there. Have stayed at a lot of hotels over the last 5 years, this was the worst.
