Ok for a night or two
Check in was fast and staff was friendly. They do not have electronic key cards, just old fashioned keys but no paddle making it very easy to lose and they charge you $10 if you lose it or don't turn it in. I generally don't care for outside entry motels but this had an automatic locking door knob, a deadbolt, and a chain so I felt perfectly safe. Room was large and clean. I used the TV the refrigerator and a hair dryer it all worked without issue. TV was tiny. The towels were tiny and paper thin. They have something restricting the shower selector from going all the way left toward the hot, so the water only got lukewarm. I hoped I could get through a whole shower with lukewarm water but it turned cold very quickly. Didn't bother showering the second day just waited till I got home. I usually stay in Queensbury when I come to this area. I was in town for a funeral and this was closer to family. However, after the stay here I wish I had stayed in Queensbury. The rooms there are much nicer with interior entry and it would have cost less.

Staff was friendly and very accommodating. I traveled alone and felt very safe. I requested a quiet room and was very happy that I did get the best room for my request.

Very clean! Not one of your fancier hotels but very well kept and comfortable. Pool and hot tub nice bonus but very young children and toddler in pullup in hot tub. No rule enforcement in pool area. That being said, parents were present just not appropriate parenting. I would stay again. Friendly staff and reasonable rate.

Frankly, I chose this motel because it was closest to my brother and sister-in-law's house. My brother had died and my husband and I spent a week in New York while dealing with the final arrangements. But I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the property. It is an older property. But it has been well maintained.

The stay at the motel was just ok for the price. It's a very dated facility. Not the cleanest. Our next door neighbors were very inconsiderate and loud, but it's not the hotel's fault. However, the staff was super helpful. We had continental breakfast both days and it was good.

Nice little Motel near Saratoga
Motel was a nice, basic, no frills place to stay. A bit outdated, but clean, nuve room service lady! She was super kind 😀 It was cool when I checked in amd she handed me an actual "key" and not a "key card" - I was like, "wow, I haven’t seen a real key in a long time"

Continental breakfast was ok. It would have been nice to also offer lactose free milk or alternative. The shower towels are too small to dry the whole body, needed to use two but they only supplied three for two people. The mattress was too soft for us because we are use to very firm so did not get much sleep.

I truly enjoyed my stay! My room was clean, bed was super comfy and I loved that everything was all on one level. Staff was friendly and helpful, I will definitely stay here again when going to the Lake George area!

Great family friendly spot , large grass area and park in the back :) hotel was quiet not too many guest in October / rooms are not sound proof at all , could be really annoying if people were in the room next door … staff were super pleasant and helpful ( although clearly not enough of them .. couldn’t keep up , no matter how hard they tried … they got yelled and and people were being super rude … poor girls …

Reserved for 4 but in the end we were 3. Mentioned to motel as was $10 extra free for 4th person. They still charged it. They said to take it up with third party that reserved. Third party has no real contact info and their chatbot send message back to motel. Breakfast was mostly prepackaged and not enough seats in the place. Rooms need to be renovated and mattresses need to be changed with new.
