I have stayed here for the past 3years. Each year the property seems less clean. This property needs a deep cleaning and some TLC. Our mattress was worn to the point where there was 2 indentations as if the memory foam had lost its memory.

Older hotel with decent renovations when they were done. The room we had showed several stains on the carpet ( my guess is from being a pet friendly hotel) The sofa was badly stained too, and we thought this may have been from pets too, but were told this was from the sun when the sofas were stored outside?. You could hear the guests walking in the room above constantly. The fan for air circulation was very noisey, it was very difficult to fall asleep. Not a great hotel for a good nights sleep, if this is what you are looking for...the bed itself was of decent quality however. We would not stay there again though.

Great location

We were in town for the Lake Havasu Balloon festival and couldn't have picked a more perfect location. We walked acrossLondon bridge whick is right at base of the hotel and the two walking paths on both sides of the river. The patios look right onto the water so fun to watch the boats and action. The hotel itself was very nice, comforable and quiet. They have the best shower with great water pressure! There are restaurants next to the hotel that made things convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

What a view and what a huge room with a balcony

You can't beat the view on your private balcony of the London Bridge with this hotel which is complete with a huge and clean room. The shower pressure was off the hook! Thank you, M

Our Anniversary stay was the best

My expectations were surpassed! I was delighted with the beautiful room overlooking the London Bridge in all its Christmas Splendor. Music and light show. Excellent mexican restaurant and shopps all in walking distance. Made memories...we will be back!

The view of our room is extraordinary. London Bridge is fully decorated at Christmas time and the sidewalk is just as pretty. I highly recommend staying here!
