This property should not be allowed to keep the quality inn sign out front. I expect so much more from this hotel chain. Nothing had high quality here.

Worth giving a chance
The hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was decent, but I had only the cereal. The ease of being able to add another day to our stay was very simple. The room could have been cleaner- I dusted the table and wall table, with a cloths and after was very bad. The bathroom was definitely in need of a good clean and the toilet is super low to ground, I thought I was falling into it lol. I feel just a few more minutes or time to thoroughly clean could help in those areas of needed cleanliness. Overall, worth the visit, decently priced and I would definitely stay here again.

Dirtiest hotel in Lake Havasu
We arrived early however the rooms were not ready. The rooms were terrible! Very dirty. They left dirty sheets where you hang your clothes. Each room only had one towel and one wash cloth. I went and asked for more towels and was told they were out of towels and was handed two towels that liked like old beat-up towels, that should have thrown away. There was hair in the shower and on a wad on the floor. Very disappointing!

The staff were very nice and helpful. The bedroom was unfortunately another story. Very dirty from the sheets to the towels and the floor is very dirty. Outside the room is extremely loud and so is the air conditioning unit. For the price and a place to stay it’s fine, just not clean at all and very loud , nice breakfast options and a good amount of parking

It’s very convenient to the park, awesome parking area and the AC was good. Room had dirty walls and floor. Staff was not pleasant or helpful. Only one set of towels and toilet paper I had to go to the front desk to get more. Pool was not available and parking lot are needed surfacing. I believed this hotel will be closed by next year.

The room was extremely dirty. If you walked on the floor in bare feet, the bottom of your feet turned black. The bathroom door was in total disrepair and covered with dirty smudges. There were huge clumps of dust on the floor. We ask them to clean the floors and they didn't. The refrigerator didn't work and they said they would repair it but didn't. They only gave us one washcloth and hand towel as well as only one bar of soap. We had to go to the front desk to ask for a second washcloth and towel. They only cleaned the room every three days but like I said, all they did was change the sheets and again only gave us one washclothes and hand towel for 2 people. Two mornings in a row, they turned the water off and it happened to be in the middle of my husband's shower. The toaster in the breakfast area was dirty. The "fresh oranges" at breakfast were brown. The sidewalk in front on the rooms was broken with big chunks missing. The water meters in the sidewalk had sunken and they were trip hazards. Finally, we reserved a King bed but when we arrived it wasn't available. We had to settle for 2 queen beds.

The driveway is in horrible condition. It needs repair ASAP. The breakfast food quality is garbage. I could not eat or drink anything. Even coffee was horrible. So, do not count on "breakfast included". We had to go buy breakfast outside, as nothing tasted good at the hotel. The room is remodeled, and the bed was comfortable.

Everyone was very nice. But lack of clean towels and just lack of any towels. My bed wasn't made correctly, the Comforter was on the bottom and the Sheet was on top. And they use the same dirty mop day after day. Room floors are very dirty. They should Dust Mop then Wet Mop. They should invest in 18 inch Microfiber Mops. Shouldn't use the same Mop from bathroom to Bedroom Floor.

Hotel was very worn on the outside and the parking lot was rough. It was hard to even roll your luggage. I was concerned about what the room would look like. Initially, I thought the room was much better than the outside, but after settling in, I noticed it was pretty dirty. The walls had marks all over them. The bathroom, especially the toilet, was crusty. The towels and sheets were dingy. We were only given one washcloth. After showering, my sister walked around the room a little before getting in bed. In just about five minutes of walking around the room, I noticed the floor was so dirty that the bottoms of her feet were filthy! I wondered the last time the floating floor was mopped. The sink area had frayed carpet. The walls were very thin. Once we turned the TV off, we could easily hear our neighbors talking, using the bathroom, flushing, showering, etc. The hotel is located between two main roads, and road noise was heard throughout the night. I would guess you can hear the road noise whether you were on the front side or the back side of the hotel. The breakfast was typical for a hotel of this size. There were lots of dining options nearby.

room with spacious and clean shower was hot. Room had a refrigerator and a microwave. 76 gas station out front for gas or snacks or beer. Drawback went and had breakfast at the hotel. We understaffed constantly ran out of food. Nice people tried hard but probably plan on getting breakfast somewhere else.

This place should be bulldozed. Its so run down throughout the property. Our AC was noisy as hell, the front door barely shut, bathroom floor was dirtyroom was understocked with towels and no hair dryer. We requested one and it never came in 2 days. Wish i had taken pics.
