About this property

Our home is wonderfully located with a 5 min walk to old town Lake Stevens that boast 5 public beaches and 3 children's playground and two public boat launches. During the summer old town host a farmers market every Wednesday afternoon.
Our small town offers 4 restaurants as well as a grocery store and two nice bakery's. We are15 min West to Everett waterfront and Marina, 15 min South to Snohomish antique Capital of Washington and 15 min East to Granite Falls which is the gateway town to Snoqualmie/Mt. Baker national forest with the Best hiking.. We are 35 min. North of downtown Seattle and 1.5 hour drive to the border of Canada! We also have a forested frisbee golf park right across the street that is also great for walking. The centennial trail is a few minute walk from us and travels 30 miles north from our home to the Skagit county line and south to Snohomish.
We have made our home into a kind of retreat. Our back yard has a huge 4 season patio cover with a large firepit and is home to our jetted hot tub, infrared sauna and our cold plunge making for a small escape from everyday life. We have amazing sunsets and love our walk downtown to feed the ducks at the lake. Our home is great for families with children as we have a second living/play area upstairs with a half bath and two bedrooms.
