Sold on the name holiday inn. Sorry i did
Check in was flawless. The room wasn't. Dirty jetta tub with no instruction on how to use. Fire place did not work. Tried calling front desk and found out phone was unplugged. Plugged the phone in and it would dial but couldn't hear anybody n out of nowhere a person sayin he was the handy man n that the front desk could hear me but i couldnt hear them. Had to leave the so called maintenance tech in our room and when we return we noticed that the fire place was still not working and no note from the maintenence tech was anywhere to be found. Also noticed $20 missing from night stand.

Pool and spa closed 😞
We chose this hotel because of the pool and spa and also breakfast. The pool and spa were closed for the season and I didn’t see that on the website. That being one of the reasons this particular place was our choice was disappointing!

We enjoyed the 2 bedroom suite and it was very accommodating. Very close to walk to the gondola, casinos, restaurants and shops.

Ok but a bit below Holiday Inn Express Standards
The place needs a bit of upkeep. Outside could use a power washer on the walkways. Area around the pool needs to be cleaned of pine needles more often. I had a lot of trouble with the keys - every day I had to get them reset.

Great location; Comfortable stay
We were only there for one night. The staff was personable and efficient. The breakfast was standard; very good. The room was quite large—we had a king bed room—and the bathroom was enormous. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has rooms that are well away from the noisy four lane highway that dominates Lake Tahoe. Very nice modernized rooms too. Hotel staff very nice and breakfast buffet is more than adequate. You can walk to all the key shops and casinos. Highly recommended.
