Very modern home - just minutes to the beach

Beautiful home just minutes from the beach. The construction of this house was completed in May of 2023. This 3 bedroom home is less than 2 miles from Lantana beach and 3 miles from Lake Worth Beach Pier. All 3 bedrooms come equipped with Alexa fire TVs. The office desk can fold out with a queen size Murphy bed. The sofa also folds out to make more room for a bed. Beach towels, chairs and an umbrella are provided to help our guests enjoy a relaxing day and any one of the beautiful local beaches. There are also some board games and books available for relaxation time at the house.There is a bbq grill in the backyard. This home is close to downtown Lake Worth Beach which has a lot of dining options available. It is also has very easy access to I-95 which makes it very easy to commute to anywhere in South Florida.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.

Great little house that hosts more than you think
We came down to visit our college kiddos and were able to host a dinner for several of their friends one evening. Very clean house. Well equipped. The towels are awesome in the bathrooms. Everything was so new. The Murphy bed is an air mattress so that was a surprise. Neighborhood was a little rough.

Fantastic
I was in town for a memorial and found this lovely home on VRBO the price was unbeatable The HOST was very responsive and very accommodating which ment a lot to me and my family during the loss of our loved one. The house had 98% of all we needed. I would highly recommend this property beautiful property.
