Good place to stay
The house was good. It was fine for our family of 4. We were upset that the hall bathtub/shower was unusable due to severe dilapidation. The finish in the bath (I’m assuming it is plastic) is completely missing in places and we didn’t feel safe bathing or showering. If you have small children you know it’s horrible when they spend the day on the lake and can’t take a warm bath. The other thing to be mindful of is this home is for sale- I wouldn’t book more than 30 days out. Other than that the location was great for towing a boat in- we left ours at the marina though.

Anniversary Trip
This was a great place to stay. Enough room for the boat and was quiet. Madelyn was very responsive to all my questions and had someone come out to fix the heater because it would not come on and was going to be cold.

Very clean
The host is incredible. The house was lovely. It was so clean and had all of the necessities. The sheets and blankets and towels smelled so clean. All the beds were very comfortable. The location was ideal. We will definitely be staying here again.

This house is clean, conveniently located in the center of town, super comfortable beds, enough space for a couple couples & a couple kids. Good parking for the boat. Easy access to everything. The barbecue was amazing, has great value in a central location.

Shasta cabin
The cabin was very clean and easy to enter upon arrival. Plenty of parking for a boat and multiple cars-driveway is steep. The communication with the host was great. Was disappointed there was no hot tub as it states in the listing. The beds were a little to hard for my comfort. And….Tons of mosquitos around the neighborhood!

A super great host!
My crew came in from North Carolina for three weeks. We had to change the dates a few times and the landlord was very accommodating. She went over and above and I would recommend renting this home to anyone.

Great location & comfortable!!
This was located in a great location! With many of the boat ramps closed for low water, we used Bridge Bay so it was easy to hop on the hwy & get to. Sugarloaf was nearby as well! Ac was great during a very hot weekend! Kitchen was nice & updated. The house had plenty of room for our family! Thanks for providing your home for us to stay! We look forward to more Shasta trips in the future!!

House has good bones but needs TLC.
Very nice neighbors. Backyard was in poor condition. Unkept and dirty patio area. Gutters filled with dry pine needles and leaves - real fire hazard. Kitchen light has a short and flickered on and off. Dishwasher leaking on counter next to sink. Owners were responsive and very nice. I hope they get to visit the house soon to take care of misc repairs.
