This property is beautiful. We had a comfortable king bed and the bathroom was huge and moderm. Love that they provide robes and slippers. On the website the pictures are the main hotel. Our room was across the street (Diana Collection) which we were surprised why we are not in the main hotel. I was told they have 3 building. I wish I knew that they have 3 buildings because I would have requested to be in the main hotel. Where the reception, lobby, bar etc are located. I have to acknowledge the staff who are very helpful, friendly, accommodating in every possible way. The location of the hotel is 15 min from the Colmar train station. It is right by Petite Venice and old town. Tons on restaurants in the area and souvenir shops. Everything is walking distance. I recommend this hotel and would love to come back. Stayed 2 nites.

The hotel is very charming and the rooms are comfortable. The entrance is a little hidden and not very easy to find. Very good parking area. A little hard to drag suitcases to the room due to the stone surfaced area in front of the hotel. But overall very pleasant, convenient location and very pleasant and helpful staff.

Stellar location and service! We felt very taken care of. The staff went out of their way to help accommodate us when we chose to stay longer and when I wasnt feeling well. I wish every hotel had a staff this attentive and caring.

This was a beautiful hotel with a great breakfast. Close to shopping and parks.

Friendly staff and accommodation is conveniently located near Old Town. Walking distance from train,attractions.

Staff went above and beyond to help me when my train was cancelled-great place to stay in good position-right next to train station and short walk to city centre-would like to try restaurant next time!
