It was great stay for our over night trip The front desk lady was so helpful and kind. Actually all the workers were!! Would definitely stay again when we come to another show at Sight and Sound.

It was in a good location, with food, shopping and close to Sight and Sound. The facility was noisy with a lot of clanging of the heat and some other unknown knocking sound. We also had 2 barking dogs on our 2nd floor. Otherwise the guests were quiet.

The dogs was barking in couple of rooms. Pre check in said check in time at 3pm and I could not check in until 4pm no rooms was ready and was working on elevator. The smell outside at night stink so bad I thought I was walking on poop in the grass.

DOG PEOPLE HEADS UP
Letting dog people know that no matter what room you think you're reserving, you will be placed on first floor. The room they wanted us in smelled, maybe of a mix of urine and cleaning stuff. IDK, but I complained and the mgr gave us another room that was "clean ". The staff was excellent, kind and patient with me. Otherwise a very nuce place to stay.

Hotel was ok. The toilet flush handle was broken and the curtain was ripped but otherwise the hotel was ok. Fine for the 1 night we needed. The indoor pool was freezing, but the night manager turned the heater on once a few people mentioned it to her. The beds weren't very soft and the sheets were a bit scratchy.

Clean Hotel at the Center of Everything!
My husband and I had enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious and clean! The staff were very accommodating and cheerful! The location of this hotel is very convenient to all attractions in Lancaster! We were so happy to have found this out!
