Beautiful house but don’t go inside !!
This home can be amazing BUT it’s a nightmare ! It is not ready to live in or rent out! It’s 5500 sq ft of construction site & filth ! It has never been cleaned & the furniture is mismatched, disgusting and came from the curb or goodwill. There are no working smoke detectors & the overhead lights in the kitchen doesn’t work. Looks like there was an electrical issue with black stuff coming from the lights. The 2 detectors that had a battery in them beeped all night . The 4 car garage was unusable. Two rooms had no heat . The refrigerator was rusted out, had built up dirt and food debris. Floor vents were caved in and a broken ankle waiting to happen. I made a list per room & took about 60 damaging pics to provide so the house can be taken off any listing until it’s livable.I did find out from a neighbor that the house sat empty for 5years and it shows just that’s. It was never cleaned!! The yard is over an acre and is all dirt, no usable space. There is no key to the front door so we had to enter through a side garage door. This house is the true definition of “Lipstick on a pig” I am expecting a full refund. I booked for 3 days and only spend 1/2 day until I was able to find other accommodation & run. The owner was supposed to meet me at 9am to discuss & he showed up at 11am & didn’t care one bit. He’s just trying to make money. The house is a lie & a fire waiting to happens. It’s a liability I gave 1 stars because I didn’t have an options for zero stars!
