I think we got the wrong room, it was with a role in shower so plenty of room but looked like a hospital room. No coffee maker in the room.

Tru is just the basics, good for short stay, would like the bathroom to have optional heating liked the absence of rugs, bedding to not go to the floor also good.

Front desk lady was superb, although overworked. A particular cleaning staff we encountered in the hall was totally rude. The room was way too tiny, even for a standard size.

We really liked Issac. He was very helpful about places to eat and he was very friendly. What we didn't like was that their were dogs everywhere. I like dogs but there is a place for them and it's not at a hotel. There maybe people allergic and they have to take a backseat to a dog. That's very sad. Your know people let their animals sleep in bed with them and I think its very wrong for those that do not care for pets in their house. We heard a dog barking down the hall from us off and on all night the first night we were there. It's just wrong. In the past dogs weren't allowed and hotels were still busy.

Very nice, friendly hotel. Located close to a lot of attractions and restaurants. Located only about 8 minutes from the Sight and Sound Theater. Roomy bathroom with space to put your toiletries.BIG selection of snacks and beverages in the lobby. And pet friendly.

When my wife and I arrived at this property with our toddler, we were told that our reservation had been canceled due to overbooking. There was no prior notice of the cancellation. Furthermore, I still have not received a refund for this booking from Hilton or Expedia.

The hotel is super convenient to all the area attractions. Probably the best breakfast around, so even if the price is a bit higher, it’s worth it. Only down side, the highway at night can be a bit loud, so if you’re a light sleeper it could be a problem.

Constant Traffic Noise during the night
We had a room for two nights, The rooms located in front of the hotel have constant large trucks traveling the highway 50 feet from the front of the hotel and can clearly be heard throughout the night especially around 4am and following. Enough to wake you. When reported to management to change our room we were offered ear plugs and no change of room. Although the sign in the lobby states " if we do not make things right you will not pay for the night". I just wanted a room changed but no help no refund. Good luck.
