I give 5 stars but its not without small flaws. Walls on our unit were paper thin so we heard upstairs whenever they walked around. The pool and pool bars are awesome. The beach is right there. The restaurant is excellent. The boat to the island goes every hour or so so it can be hard sometimes to plan for. With so much to do on the mainland you need to enjoy staying at the hotel more for this to work. Loved it but might stay on msinkand next time. Great experience

Very relaxed, pleasantly secluded from the main island but still just an easy 10 mins boat ride to get there. With the sea facing suite it felt as being in a private beachside house.

Overall we were happy with the resort. However they could do some maintenance to the rooms as air conditioning was not cold and the bar fridge wasn't cold either. The ground staff should be trained to do their job away from the guests who are trying to enjoy the atmosphere and not having to listen to noisy machine and rubbish flying around. Some improvement could be done to the food that is offered especially with the steamboat. Had uncooked bbq chicken wing served to us. Charred nicely on the outside but raw on the inside.

One of the most relaxing holidays I've ever had! Rooms are well appointed & well serviced, spacious & clean. Facilities & outdoor areas are very attractive & well maintained. Staff are very attentive and efficient in offering a high standard of care & service. The Resort Restaurant and Pool Bar offer a friendly & enjoyable atmosphere where a wide variety of high-quality food and drinks can be enjoyed. Beds have a soft padded mattress topper so it doesn't feel like you’re sleeping on a hard slab - YAY! A big thankyou to resort manager "Sati" and his friendly, dedicated team - I certainly hope to return in future when I'm in need of another totally relaxing & chilled out (Chillax) break!! *Small improvements management could make: *Vegetarian meal options were rare - Mushroom Stroganoff, Eggplant Moussaka etc would have been a healthy & tasty addition to the menu. *I stayed in an upstairs "Premium Sea View Room" - Airconditioning is provided by a modern wall mounted aircon unit in the bedroom. Unfortunately, cold air is lost to other areas of the room as the adjoining doors to a large bathroom and entry hall have been removed. If 2ea sliding doors were fitted to enable you to close off the bedroom from the bathroom & entry hall areas you could cool the bedroom area more efficiently & save yourself a small fortune in power costs.

Staffs are friendly & helpful. Hotel was in an independent island by itself, away from busy town centres hustles & bustle yet very easily reachable to the town for shopping and food outlets. I would recommend it.

Amazing relaxing island. Accommodation rather old and not maintained well. Floors very slippery wooden polished. Grouting in tiles odd, cleanliness in general not good. Repairs not done. Broken bed post fell on our feet walking past the bed Needs updating the rooms, paint peeling off balcony rails and coffee. table. Beach sandy but full of twigs, leaves, rather untidy and dangerous to walk on barefoot. Staff very helpful.for the price range, it's not offering that level of standards. Breakfast food same everyday. Not much variety, no bananas available

This resort is located in a great location. They provide free shuttle to and from the property. The staff are very friendly and cooperative. The food in the restaurant is excellent. The only observation is that the property needs renovation. Also, the property has the scope to utilise for the guests a greater part the island, which is very scenic but currently unused and inaccessible.

We returned to the hotel after we stayed there in 2017, when it was still managed by Taj. We could tell that Covid took a bit of a toll on the hotel and that the new management is still getting new staff up to speed, however our stay was fantastic overall. The service from the team was generally excellent, the kitchen and bar staff extremely friendly and there are a lot more activities on the island now than there were before. The rooms may need a bit of touching up and it would be nice to see a stricter policy to ensure people use proper bathing suits in the pool as some individuals did not wear swimgear / burkinis but rather what looked like their piyamas. The overall ambiance of the hotel on the island is fantastic and you don't get this anywhere else. We're looking forward to coming again hopefully soon and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach holiday.
