Fantastic Hotel
Lovely hotel will definitely return, the staff can’t do enough for you and very attentive. We had dinner Fish and chips, not pricey and it filled the plate. Breakfast was also very nicely presented, and lots to choose from. A lovely stay

Perfect hotel if attending the Lighthouse
Very centrally located. We were going to the lighthouse theatre which was literally just around the corner. Good beds, good bathroom, heating was good, staff attentive and friendly, great breakfast.

Very nice hotel. After a long journey to get there (train delays) I just wanted to take a nice shower and relax. The shower was Awesome!! So rare to get good water pressure AND hot water. Breakfast was very good as well as the dinner menu. The staff was very friendly. I’d stay here again.

Hotel is modern, nice included breakfast. A bit of a walk to get anywhere but lots of Ubers. Reception on checkin was very unwelcoming - how dare us show up early.

This is a great budget hotel. It's located near local amenities and is perfectly comfortable. The staff were professional and the bed was comfortable but firm. The only downside was the toilet flush wasn't amazing.

Lovely stay
We had a one night stay . Reception staff friendly , room very clean lovely walk in shower with nice branded toiletries ( Dove ) shampoo & body wash , box of tissues, fresh white towels that even fitted my husband, , tea / coffee making facilities , decent hair dryer in front of a full size mirror & a chair to sit on , good size TV , plenty of sockets but no usb port , plenty of cloths hang space with hangers , black out curtains. Breakfast was very good and well cooked , plenty of hot cold choices , you could eat outside in a covered area . We were not rushed . The whole dining area was constantly being cleaned , by lovely polite , helpful smiling staff , also a bar with a Tv lounge area with comfy seats to relax inn . The whole place had a relaxing casual atmosphere with a professional feel . There was plenty of parking , but be advised it costs £8.50 for 24 hours , paid at reception , still very good value , I missed this information when I booked !!! I would 100% stay again and would recommend for a no fuss relaxing stay .

High standard of cleanliness. Good size bedroom. Easy to use shower. Shower cream and shampoo provided. Breakfast included in price. Helpful staff. The only negative would be the £8.50 a night parking charge.

Good Hotel
Stayed at the hotel for 1 night whilst on Poole on business. The hotel was clean and comfortable and fine for the 1 night I was there. Location wise it was pretty good as walked to the quay for food. Breakfast was very good, especially as free with the room rate.
