I chose this hotel for the price, but I did not expect it to be this bad. I invited friends from town to join me for a swim. I was embarrassed. The pool was moldy and the water not circulating. Hot tub not working for months they said. There was a large overflowing ashtray by the side exit. It rained overnight and we had to walk through a "nicotine lake" with butts floating around, to get to our car. Thank goodness Horrock's is across the street to brighten up my stay.

Not so satisfying.
There was multiple leaks in the hallway with hotel trash cans holding the water off the floor. My tv didnt work, maintenance came and checked on it and offered me a new tv but by 10:30, it was late enough for me to not care. A friend that checked in was told 5 were allowed in room and when i checked into the same room i was told only 4 were allowed. (1 adult 4 kids)

Not to be mean but the hotel is in bad shape, the staff seems unmotivated, the hotel reeks of marihuana, the breakfast is disorganized and cramped. I honestly, think it needs a big financial investment to function properly. The hotel rate I paid was $150 a night. That’s outrageous considering that I didn’t sleep at all, the bad smell and the lack of hygiene displayed in every room and hallway.

We stayed at this location for a MSU football weekend. The price was considerably less then locations in or East of East Lansing. The room itself was nice and provided us with a nice place to stay. However, the other factors which make people want to return were average. The hot tub and ice machine did not work. There was a mess that could have been vacuumed up in the hallway that was not during our stay. The pool also need a cleaning. The bigger issue was the complementary breakfast. We decided it was better to go out to eat after trying the buffet after the first day.

Room was nice and clean. The rest of the hotel needs updating. Courtyard looked like a garbage dump. Hot tub not working. Old stained carpet in hotel hallways. Breakfast was typical. Had variety. Game room, exercise room, ball rooms, pool, etc. Diamond in the rough. Just needs some updating.

I feel the property had great pictures online but once I got there and checked in the property looked nothing like the pictures and was very rundown. I feel it was not properly represented and had I known that I would have not payed for that and stayed there. I feel duped and like I wasted close to $400.00

We picked this hotel specifically for pet friendly...no mention of NON refundable deposit. Otherwise, basic nice place. Pool had black mold and we had the firealarm go off 3 times in 2 days. Last time was 346 am. False alarm

Don’t even bother…
We checked into our hotel, went to our room and within 5 minutes we checked out. The room was DISGUSTING! The 2nd floor smelled like urine as soon as we walked off the elevator. The carpet in the elevator was so dirty. There was trash left in the room on a chair, the bathroom was filthy, the room was full of dust, and there was some sort of sticky residue on the desk in the room. The lady at the front desk was nice and offered to send housekeeping up but we had already booked another room elsewhere.

Horrible Hotel
Pool was absolutely disgusting, Bedding was filthy and smelled like sweat. Bathroom was dirty and rusty, towels had hair on it. Kids loud and running around past “quiet time” staff was extremely rude.

Awful place to stay
Not updated at all. Hot water in the shower was a trickle, complained about it and nothing was done, the handle of the shower was 2 inches lose from the shower wall. Strong marijuana smell in the elevator corridor and elevators. Breakfast was free but not good.Do not recommend and will not stay there again !
