Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
We felt like the room was cleaned within 10 minutes. Also, the sponge for the dishes was disgusting. We have to ask to get a “new” one the waiting time that comes with!
There’s no dish towel; apparently they provide paper towels for that. They still give a towel, but a bath towel…
If you are lucky to have a nice neighbor, it’s fine. If not, you hear everything.
Our main issue was the fridge not working, and it was a hustle to get it fix.
We asked to change the room, because we wanted to be far away from our neighbor next door the fridge that is not working.
They agree, but they downgraded us to a queen and no kitchen room, because apparently, it was the only room left.
We totally understand, but we asked for a price difference with the suite that we had (kitchen king bed), just to get what we paid for, which is 10$.
The owner refused. So, we lost few hours and only the fridge was fixed by exchanging them in between those two rooms…
I don’t know which one is worst, the careless/ dirty room or the customer service….oh also it mentioned that there’s pastries in the morning…we didn’t see any…
