This is a beautiful resort and the room was spacious enough for a family of 4. The shuttle service to Disneyland and MTR was very convenient. Food is very expensive ($60 AUD for a Margherita pizza) and there’s no convenience stores nearby. I recommend taking the MTR to Tung Chung for reasonably priced dining options. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay.

My first encounter with front of house staff no English very hard to ask anything, rudness with her response to anything asked, had to pay for amenities because they are trying to reduce plastic but all of the amenities come in plastic, we stayed at toy story hotel shanghai, we were given amenities at no charge, i dont think they catered for foreigners because everything is in there language nothing on tv is in English very nice property catered for children, safe for children, well maintained

The hotel was fabulous set in a tropical paradise. Much nicer than the other 2 hotels. Would stay there again in a heart beat. The rooms were large with lots of space.
