Not up to the usual Mercure standard we are used to.
Lack of staff, small and part of the Ibis Hotel also not as we would have liked.
Room was small, however the breakfast was good.
However the Viaduct de Millau did go some way to making it all good which we would have not missed for the world
Tired old hotel - needs refurbishment urgently.
Staff were OK but spoke very little English.
Dirty carpets in Room. Good views of Milau Bridge and town. Need more pillows in the room. Sitting on Balcony was great.
We had a lovely room overlooking the old town. The hotel was very clean and the room was a bit different from the usual hotel room - which we really liked. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very nice stay over
Really nice hotel , friendly staff who helped with advice on restaurants for our nights stay in Millau as we were late arriving,
Rooms were clean and very well equipped. Breakfast was the usual continental but adequate.
the hotel was very clean and tidy the staff were exstreamly helpful the room was super we stay in france at least 6 times a year and this must rate as one of the best.
Good location as very near to the centre of Millau. Our room had a great view of the bridge. Breakfast expensive but of good quality. Car parking is available and not too expensive. Handy to explore both the town and the local area.
Welcoming reception dry friendly. Room is large and comfortable with a good bathroom. Shower in bath average. We used secure parking which worked well. Unfortunately no direct access from car park to hotel. And impossible to drop your bags off at hotel first because of narrow access road. Very good hotel location though as you are in the middle of the town

OK for short stay
I expect a bit more from Mercure, but this seems to be a conversion from a lower-budget type Ibis; room was not very well planned out, some cleanliness issues. Overpriced considering the general condition.
We were only one night here but we found the location to be central and close to restaurants in the downtown area. The room was comfortable and had a great view of the city, the cathedral, the suspension bridge, and the hills beyond.

Friendly and very helpful staff, nice room. There's very little space outside the hotel, and where to park during check in isn't clear. Restaurants nearby aren't great, but a few minutes walk finds many more.
We chose Mecure Millau on short notice because of an adjustment in travel plans. Hotel was centrally located with plenty of restaurants & shops with walking distance, staff was wonderful -all we met were multi lingual. The hotel is older but well maintained and seemed to have multiple upgrades although their carpets are in DESPERATE need of replacing - it really detracts.
Parking is down the street for an additional charge & does not connect to hotel so schlepping luggage in the rain is not pleasant or easy if you have mobility issues. Breakfast buffet was good and for those Americans or Brits longing for scrambled eggs for breakfast - they have them. We would definitely stay again and since this was the 1st Mecure location we have stayed at would try another. If management is reading this - help with luggage would be HUGE !!!
Hotel was OK and staff very helpful. Car park is just down the street and secure - we left the MG with roof down.
Breakfast too expensive at 16 Euros per person so we bought elsewhere.
