Good bargain no complaints.
As expected for the price and area. I stay here a couple times a year for work. Elevator was being upgraded so be cautious if you are assigned upper floors. Should be Done in by end of sep '24

Not friendly service at the front desk.
It was fine for what I paid but the front desk lady in the morning shift didn’t want to give me a printed copy of my receipt because I did the reservation trough Hotels com.

I have stayed here for the last couple of years and the mattress on the beds need to be replaced with new ones. It's hard to get a good night sleep

Bed was extremely hard, no hair dryer, no refrigerator, no microwave....elevator didn't work....dirty hallways....lack of plugs on both sides of the bed....my wife couldn't wear her cpap as there was no outlet

Ya quiero que sea diciembre para regresar aquí.
A mi familia y a mi nos gustó mucho el hotel red roof, muy limpio y bien climatizado. También nos gustó que no hay ruido y la amabilidad del personal del hotel. Otra cosa que podría agregar es que tiene un amplio estacionamiento. Por último me encantó que el hotel está localizado cerca de las tiendas y avenidas más importantes de Laredo. Gracias
