The staff were amazingly kind and helpful. My husband had been unwell and was discharged from hospital. It was the perfect place to stay as everyone were so accommodating at a very stressful time. I highly recommend this as a place to stay. Thank you for making our stay a beautiful one. We won’t forget your kindness.

Shame this hotel is not improving
We arrived and there was no hot water, we were told we should have tried earlier, it had so been used up! The food in the restaurant was very poor and overpriced. I sent my fish back, it was almost raw and definitely past its best. We've stayed here regularly each year over the past few years, but we will not be returning.

There isn’t anything to do or see around the hotel as it is located ~10mins drive to downtown. But there are quite a few free big parking lots around old town, just have to get there early or it gets full fast during the weekend.

Magnificent view over Toledo. The pool aeea is great to enjoy a lazy day with drinks and friends and perfect to cool down. If you want to escape from the craziness of the old town, this pace is for you

It is inexpensive and has great views of the old town of Toledo. But there could be so much more that can be done to improve the experience. The rooms have no kettles. There are no mats near the bed and the floors are cold tiles. Small things could improve this property a lot; and the cost could certainly be made up by increasing the rates

Nice Hotel with a Great View
This is a nice old hotel close to Toledo. It has a great view over the city from the terraces. The food in the cafeteria was nice, and the service good. Our room was clean but not in the best condition - peeling wallpaper etc. This could have been due to the fact we had a dog and this was a dog-friendly room. This is a minor point though. Overall we had a good stay.

This is a fabulous hotel, with beautiful panoramic views. Our suite was large and comfortable and allowed us to stay with our dog with a large grassed area outside the patio doors, the food for room service is a little restricted but very nice and our breakfast especially the pastries and coffee were really good. The hotel is good value for what it offers, so we will be using it again at a future date.
