I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times mainly because it’s super convenient — it’s literally just one street away from Fremont, and you can see the strip from the front entrance. The rooms are clean, the hotel overall is very tidy, and housekeeping does a great job.
That said, the front desk experience really needs improvement. Every time I check in, it feels like I’m getting interrogated instead of welcomed. When you’re paying to stay somewhere, you shouldn’t feel nervous or like you’re bothering someone by asking a simple question. I don’t expect special treatment, but a friendlier attitude would go a long way.
For example, they’ll say things like “If you want to check in early it’s this much” or “just wait five more minutes,” but it’s all in the tone — it comes off as attitude instead of professional courtesy. A smile and a polite explanation would make all the difference.
Overall, great location and clean rooms, but the customer service at the front desk could definitely use some warmth and better communication.
