Staying at this property gives me nostalgic memories. My grandma used to stay here.she loved Vegas and play the slots. It’s definitely upgraded since then. I love it! I would definitely stay here again when I’m in the area. Thank you!

We liked the hotel room, but the carpet in the room needs a deep cleaning. There were a few noticeable stains that needs to be addressed. Also, we are a little superstitious about the floor that we were on, 13th floor. But all in all we did enjoy our stay.

I liked the in check that only took just minutes and my room was clean and neat. It has been 10 or more years since I was at your hotel and it didn't seem to be updated as I thought it wood be. 1 Elevator was down for maintenance so there was quite usually a back up of people waiting.

Ok for one night. The HVAC fan in the room was so noisy, we had to shut both heat and AC down to get some sleep. The bee covers were very thin and no extra blanket was provided. Our room was the only place without cigarette smoke smell. Everywhere else in the building was drenched with it.

The inside of the casino felt safe but we didn’t feel safe to walk freely outside. The hotel was clean but I barely had a drink when I was on the machines because I barely came across a waitress. The host at the market street cafe was pretty rude and our overall experience there was not good.

My room had a layer of dust on everything. A open candy wrapper on my desk chair. And 4 new towels with a plastic tie left in my dresser. Hair in my shower. Terrible housekeeping.

Housekeeping was not needed, however I noticed that they were around should I need anything. Friendly and very willing to assist. Elevators/Escalators not working, long wait times for the elevators during peak. Escalator from the Lobby to the Mezzanine Level was not working and was requested to use the stairs instead of tying up the elevators (of which 1 out of 3 was working). Stairs are extremely steep and unsafe for older people, definitely not for the handicapped.
