The woman that was cleaning the bathrooms (my stay was August 1-5)33was fantastic! No matter when I went into the bathroom or which bathroom I used that was closest to my play area, she was there busy doing her job and I saw her downstairs near Market Cafe bathroom and Buddy area; and upstairs near slot tournament area. The bathrooms were very clean and supplies filled as necessary. She really took pride in the work she performed when I commented how I appreciated the work she did. Did not get her name but she was a person of color and really focused on doing her very best. Really want to extend a huge "Mahalo"!

The California was a great hotel to stay in. It has many dining options, and the parking was very easy. The staff was super nice. I’d definitely would stay here again.

"Visited Hotel California in Las Vegas, Nevada on Friday, July 25. Overall, it was good. The hotel and service were fine. The only issue was the toilet in the bathroom, which needed to be flushed multiple times to drain. The sink was also draining slowly. Reported the issue, but it wasn't fixed. That's the only thing that bothered me a bit. Everything else was liked."

My HVAC unit was making a crazy loud noise. The zone valve solenoid was banging extremely loud, like smacking sheet metal with drunk sticks. I asked for maintenance and Danny showed up. Danny didn’t know I’m a facilities manager so I know alot about water source heat pumps. I left to go for a bite and when I returned Danny left a note stating it was “fixed”. What did Danny do? He shut off the water valves to the unit leaving me with no cooling and since the unit was not cooling the valve noise went away. I had to restore water to get cooling back but the noise returned. He could have wired the valve to stay open until the end of my stay but instead he just lied and said he fixed it. I had Horrible sleep because of this.
