Nice showers and staff was friendly. Room service did our beds and towels before we returned to our rooms in the afternoon. The only issue was a sticking bathroom door that made a loud crack nose, waking everyone up.

Breakfast at the buffet was good. There were a lot of non-breakfast items available too. Housekeeping could have been better for arrival. Dust on the bottom ledge of the picture frames, spots smeared on bathroom mirror, shower hose leaked at joint. Employees were nice and helpful and the bed was comfortable. The Wi-Fi company Cox is terrible. We were having connection issues and they basically refused to help me and refused to give me to a manager. Then my husband called and they fixed it right away for him.

The employees were great and helpful. The room could have been cleaned better. Dust on the picture frames, spots on the mirror. The shower leaked from the joint when on. It is near Fremont Street so it is very loud at night. Thankfully the fan on the ac/heater is louder so we would make the room cold enough to run all night. No blackout curtains, just wooden slots that did alright for blocking the light. Cox Internet is terrible and if you need support you have to talk to them. I would recommend the hotel change service providers if they can.

Room spotless and staff courteous. Major problem was temperature control--room was either 62 degrees or above 85 degrees. Had to learn by experience to turn off fan after room had been heated enough by the sun.
