The negatives: TV in the livingroom didn't have signal which took a while for someone to come fix. The QCI should have caught that prior to releasing the room. The light switches are awkwardly placed and the kitchen & bathroom lights were very dimly lit. The ADA shower is a tight fit, especially for someone in a wheelchair. The furniture looks pretty but is hard as a rock. The positives: the space and layout of the entire unit, kitchen was well stocked minus no baking sheets, bed was comfortable, jacuzzi tub is large, and we felt safe & secure.

The kid pool was a hit. You have several walkable dining options including Southgate casino. Supply closet was typically open to get supplies. Parking was hard and safe. Patrols regular and thorough. Could use an update inside and ease of restocking.

I am a local; I went specifically to use the pools because they have extended hours compared to many other places in Las Vegas I also went there because of the claim that the pools are heated. The pools were freezing! So we stayed in the pool for not even 5 minutes we did enjoy the hot tub for 5 to 10 minutes. The room was absolutely ridiculously freezing. It was like walking into a freezer! The walls were cold, the floor was cold. The minute we got in there we turned the air off; we never had to turn it back on. This might not sound like a problem to most people especially being in Las Vegas and but for me I was uncomfortable the entire time. I didn't sleep at all the whole night and woke was sick by morning. When we pulled out the fold-out sofa the mattress was stained, there was only a pillow, no sheet or blanket. I will say when I called about it the response was instant and fabulous, within minutes somebody came up with a new mattress and everything else needed, and suggested we lay on it make sure it was comfortable and said they'd even bring up a second mattress if we wanted one. After a sleepless night I called the front-desk to tell them that I would like to check out and was hoping that I could be refunded for the day I wouldn't be using. The woman I spoke to spoke to the front desk manager who said I would need to go through the site I had used to reserve for the refund but when that site tried to contact them they refused the refund. Why say that if you aren't

We went to Vegas for soccer tournament and our club teammates were staying there. I didn’t have any functional issues in my room but some had toilet, kitchen, lights issues. It’s busy place and I had booking issue. Some how, my stay was shortened on the computer and they sent security three times to ask me to leave. I called the office and complained. They fixed immediately by my one call but it was very annoying.

Rude management. Refused to provide housekeeping services. My room was filthy. Bathtub had brown stains and hair. Overall furnishings were old. Coffee maker was falling apart. Noise level was high. I hardly got any rest. Management refused to change rooms or clean bath tub. Worse 4 day stay.

We got locked out of the property and rooms all weekend. All front desk said was try another key. All the keys they gave us didn’t work. I asked other people that were there and a site working. All said this is the normal thing. I paid $1,200 for the weekend. At least the room keys could work. Like really.

When I checked-in I was put in a room that looked like a dump. I went to the front desk to change my room, I was told I could not stay in certain buildings because I was not a time share owner. I felt very humiliated. If that is the case, why are they advertised for everyone to stay there. Plus, my room was dirty. I had to dust all the furniture due to allergies, spray Lysol and wash all the dishes. They were put in the cabinet unwashed. My shears looked like rats had been eating on them. The drapes were very dusty. My cousin who is a time share owner came while I was there. Her room looked like a palace compared to my room. This was my very time staying at the Grand View and has left a terrible taste in my mouth. I am from the East Coast and was surprised with the type of room and treatment I received. I felt like a second-class citizen. I didn't come that distance to be treated as such. I suggest in the future if people that rent and pay their money can't be treated just like a time share owner with the same convenience, perhaps you all should just have it for time share owners. I am still humiliated today. I shouldn't feel this way but I do. You all should have more transportation since the buildings are located so far from the registration building. I had to walk 5 AM in the morning to the registration building to catch my Uber. It was a very scary situation. I have never had to do anything like that before and shouldn't have to in the future.
