I really enjoyed our 2 night stay. A couple of suggestions. 1. Upon my arrival, there were 3 persons at the front desk, there was no clear indication of a waiting line, so some arrivals were casually standing around and having to point out who was next, when the clerk looked up. 2. One big upset for me was having to walk by the smoking area in order to get to the parking lot. there should be another designated smoking area, so that we are not having to walk in front of smoking patrons and hold my breath. I'm really sensitive to smoke, which is one major reason, I don't stay at casino hotels and chose this HIlton.

The parking lot was off limits and we had to walk up 5 flights of stairs in a separate parking garage. There was no hot water in the shower and the beds were uncomfortable

Nice hotel. I appreciated there was convenience store/coffee shop inside the hotel, but wished there was some type of restaurant. The option of hotel/airport shuttle would be nice.
