We chose this property after reading other Expedia reviews and I must say it was definitely worth it. The rooms were extremely clean, the hallways had a clean smell , we loved that the property was very secure in which you couldn’t enter or use the elevators without a key card . The property is not directly on the strip but only minutes away which is nice because you don’t have all that crazy traffic but still close enough to see the strip lit up at night . This property will definitely be our go to place anytime we are in Vegas !

Parking and lighing concerns
The parking situation has changed frim years past and we did not like not being able to park in the lot in front of the hotel. And the entrance to checkin and enter was dufficult to deal with because there were always cars parked in the 15 min area that were parked there all day/night. It is far too tight for large vehicles to turn in off Karen Ave and be able to make the sharp u-turn to drop off or pick up. We also heard that hotel guests will start having tobpay extra for parking very soon. Might be looking for another property for our annual Vegas stay. Also, the decor is all new since our last visit and the lighting in the bedroom and livingroom are no longer sufficient.

The room was absolutely fantastic and the staff were super helpful . However, I would never stay there again until they figure out their parking. Both covered parking and the outdoor parking were completely full when we tried to return to our room the second night. We were diverted all over the place and drove around for two hours, trying to get parking. There needs to be dedicated parking for guests.!! Not just first come first serve for casino and other event goers.

King suite was very roomy, had w&d, full kitchen, soaking tub, shower, separate bedroom from living room. Housekeeping was great, Bellman was courteous as were all. Had a small market where you could get food and drink.

Par for the course of average hotels in 2024
I didn't expect much from this Hilton. Just a clean room, a comfy bed and things that worked. When I got there the bathtub had hair in it indicating it had not been cleaned. There was a kitchenette but the coffee maker had not pot. The bed was fine but not what I would consider comfortable and there was a stain on one of the pillow cases. Also, the climate control didn't really seem to work but the temperature was comfortable enough to deal with it. The TV had some crappy Google OS and it was very slow and the channel guide didn't align with the channels which was just annoying. A detail that to me should be simple to take care of. All in all, I would call this par for the course since 2020. Average hotels that are understaffed and cleaning crews that cut corners so they don't have to work too hard. While I would recommend staying here just keep your expectations on the low end.

This is a great place to stay. The room is available with a kitchenette. The staff is friendly. Walking distance to the Train that takes you to the casinos, very convenient (cheaper than ubering/taxing everywhere). Definitely will stay here again, no 30 mnts chech-in lines.

Some shortcomings
No restaurant but a snack bar which was not convenient. Restaurants were a good walk away and of course only in hotels where we had to walk through a Smokey casino. The heat in my room did not work when I programmed it in Celsius which I found rather funny but even after the man who came to fix my problem by switching to the other heating system it would not go above 80 . The safe did not work when I got there but someone came up and replaced 4 batteries and it worked for a day . Another call to the desk and someone came and slammed the safe door and lo and behold the safe lights came on. So for the remaining 4 days of my stay I had to be careful with how I closed the door of the safe so that it would work. I think there is a short in the safe .the lighting in my room was really poor. The reception staff were very nice which were the highlife to my stay at your hotel. Overall not a good experience.

No hot water in room. Was told boiler was out to let water run 15 minutes (in the desert) we did no hot water. Offered to send technician. It was late so we just went to bed They moved us next day when we requested. Next room had hot water. Both rooms had water damage on bathroom door due to shower leaking. Small bathroom. Staff was great. Wont stay here agai.
