Staff was great especially the lady making sure the breakfast was always stocked. She literally was going back and forth making sure everything was filled for all the guests. She went above and beyond and had such a great positive attitude and so friendly and nice. She was there on 10/20 thats when we stayed there. Huge shout out and also to the front desk lady that checked us in Friday at around 4pm she was friendly and fast

Wow! Daily maid service!!!
Room was very clean and comfortable. Was so happy you provided daily maid service. No one does that anymore. Housekeeping, front desk and breakfast lady were very polite and courteous.

I did not mean to book this property for a second time as it was not a great place to stay last time. Property seemed upgraded from the last time I was there a year ago. Elevator was fixed. Rooms seemed to be upgraded with better beds and linens. However, I requested a tub and the tub had a malfunctioning drain plug. Disappointing to say the least. Additionally, the electric plug at the bathroom vanity did not work. I could not do my hair in a mirror which was frustrating!! Upon check out I informed the attendant and she shrugged it off like " no big deal". I should of been some kind of compensation as the place was literally at that point a roof for a night. Finally, I caught a terrible cold there that night. I was sick with a terrible cough and cold for a week and I was traveling to a work assignment. I think they could use some attention to their cleaning and maintenance. I will be careful to check my resv. next time to avoid this place.

A wonderful stay with wonderful staff
We were greeted by Mary who is an amazing ambassador for customer service. She was so helpful allowing us to check in early with an infant. She always greeted us with a smile. Nati was amazing and maintained the breakfast bar well stocked and clean each morning. Lucia was very considerate and cleaned our room around our schedule with our infant. Everyone was helpful and considerate. I would recommend this location for families and anyone with pets. We made friends with a few dogs during our stay.
