The house was available for an early check in. It was not occupied before us. The cleaners were leaving as we arrived. Pluses of the house:The house is spacious and close to all the places of interest and other resources. 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, kitchen, garage and a pool.You can play pool and relax in the house or enjoy the back yard.The negatives:The house is old, the furniture is used and worn. One of the bed frames was broken. Matress was old and the box spring was not of the same size.Other mattresses were okay but you could tell they were also old.Draweres under the basins in the bathroom did not sit right.The shower curtain barely hung with broken hooks.The other bathrooms also needed touch ups.There were barely enough toilet paper and paper towels. Very little hand soap, no bath soap, although shampoo and conditioner was available. Items were supplied on request.Over all with some touchups and upgrades this can be a very good option for families or small groups. And would qualify for a better rating.
