I was here for a quick overnight. I had a non-smoking pet friendly room. I have absolutely no complaints. Room was nicely appointed, TV worked well. I had read some not so glowing reviews prior to booking, but I haven't seen anything to complain about. Front desk ay check in was courteous and friendly.

Big plus: ALL staff, from the office, service employees to security, friendly and helpful. Example: Somebody pulled a fire alarm about 1:30 in the morning, and even then, staff evacuation were kind and accommodating, as we evacuated the building. As soon as they were sure it had been a prank and it was safe, they allowed us back in with sympathy for our lost sleep. Had read on reviews that there was no coffeemaker in the room, but had a pleasant surprise to find not only a coffeemaker, but a brewer with filters, micro and mini fridge. Two biggest minuses... Though the non smoking room was indeed smoke smell free, and there were designated smoking areas, the common areas just couldn't avoid the invasion of smoke. Understandable, but unfortunate. Room didn't quite match the picture on the website (eg. no soap shelf in the the shower, ha), but the king size bed was very comfortable, and the room clean. Our stay was enjoyable.

Area is in good location however sketchy homeless people nearby felt unsafe. Very dirty elevator and hall of hotel. Stained carpets. Staff was kind but windows did not keep loud noises from outside and I was in the 3rd floor. Very uncomfortable stay. Will not be staying there every again.
