Very basic. In need of maintenance and repairs. Three skimpy pillows on a KS bed, and two bath towels for two people. No easy chair in room. Very few outlets in the room. Wrinkly industrial type carpet and Walmart curtains. Could I lot better. The front desk clerk argued with us at check in about having a pet friendly room. It was annoying after a very long drive arriving late and tired. We finally resolved the issue but it wasn't a pleasant experience. We could hear a lot of noise from the other hotel rooms.

Clean. Stuff in room was pretty new including bed and big tv. I dont like the fact they allow dogs in rooms. Good price and 15 minute away from strip so very convinient.

Hotels .com is the reservation company I used. I purchased the insurance and was unable to cancel because of illness from an accident on the way to hotel. Do not use Hotels.com they will not help or honor there services or help you with the insurance at all.! So DO NOT USE HOTELS .COM ever.! Save your money

The hotel was less than average, the casino looks like a scene from a quentin tarentino movie, the hostess oh lord have mercy!!! there was one that I think she was pregnate. Casino has no gambling tables

You have to DEMAND a room that you paid for
When I checked-in, they didn't have my reservation and they tried to toss me aside to help other guests. I demanded that they give me a room that I already paid for. The only reason they gave me a room was because I demanded it.
