The comforters had some type of candy or food on them that was recent. There was hand prints on mirrors around the room. Found a tick on one of the beds. Had to leave one of the rooms a night before.

The hotel was horrible sink was leaking dirty. Nothing worked properly curtains had tears in it furniture was all worn out definitely not worth what I paid front desk didn’t fix anything

Wonderful property. Stayed here for years. (Since 2016) We've booked through StripViewSuites 8 times. Only blemish was that there were no extra blankets available for the other two beds so the kids slept without covers when we booked the suite for 6. The front desk staff and security were very professional and hospitable. The Ghostbar staff were also very attentive and great 90s throwback music. Brendan Theatre staff were very friendly also. Kids loved the theatre setup. *Sidenote, shady female server on duty overcharging for food at Place Pool morning of August 9th without showing guests the bill. Charged me $26 for a pizza when menu said $20 and said it was due to "taxes". I ended up tipping on top in case she didn't pass it on to the kitchen staff. Other guests were also frustrated with her service. Not sure if because she was the only one on duty and was just flustered or if she was trying to pull a fast one. Will be back again to visit as soon as I am able to.

I enjoyed the balcony with great views. The water temp was excellent and dis not lose it's hotness when jacuzzi was ran. Utilizing the in room fridge/freezer was convenient for extra drinks. Room service responded in a timely manner.

My experience wasn’t as pleasant as i would have liked it to be. 1. Elevators sound like they are about to break. 2 not once was I informed that there was no room service. Had to use the same towels the entire weekend. 3. There wasn’t any toilet paper and I had to pay 3 extra dollars for toilet paper!!! 4. Bathtub turned on by itself in 2 different occasions at 4 in the morning. Would like some sort of refund… definitely never staying at this hotel again.

I had called to see if I could do an early check in and was told no because they had to clean the room and inspect it. When we get into the suite it was dirty. The room had not been dusted and the floors had not been cleaned from the previous guest. The walls had marks on them and the bathroom didn’t have shampoo or body wash. The outlets in one of the bathrooms didn’t work and the bedding for the pull out bed was missing. When we called for extra towels we were informed that there would be an extra charge. This is a timeshare and not managed by the hotel, eventually the hotel sent housekeeping to clean the room at the request of the property management team while we were there. We made the best of our trip but I was not happy with this booking.

Everything was wonderful but only dislike was strip view but the balcony is locked and you can’t go on it . Only reason I booked is because of the balcony I could have stayed on the strip . Also this room does not come with house keeping they will charge you $30per day if you request towels or anything extra

This property was the WORST experience I have ever came across! The room was filthy, things were broken throughout the room, when asked for housekeeping and things to be fixed I was told I had to pay for housekeeping and wait tol the next day for things to be fixed! The listing is full of false advertising this property is NOT ran by the Palms its ran by private owners who DO NOT take care of the property. When asked for a refund they gave the run around but this issue is not over! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND 0 STARS. Save your money & yourself a headache by NOT dealing with this property. And I'll have a review on Expedia next if they don't handle this situation properly
