When we checked in, we were told they didn't have any double Queen rooms, so they put us in a smoking King room with a pullout couch. We had to call for sheets, pillows and a blanket for the pullout. They brought us the bedding and we had to make the bed ourselves. The room smelled like old wet dog and cigarettes. We were able to switch to a double Queen non smoking room the next day, but that room also smelled like old wet dog. We had to call for extra towels the first day. Then we asked for more towels the second day. They brought us 2 bath towels for 4 people, we specifically asked for 4, so we had to call again. I asked if they could take our old towels, they said to leave them in the hallway. We got in late our first night and again after a music festival and we were really hungry, but they don't have anything open that serves food late, it would be nice to get a sandwich or even something from a vending machine. There are a lot of places open to get food all around, but it would be nice to have an option onsite. On our checkout day, the elevators weren't working and the only way out was through an emergency exit, which they told my husband not to use, but he eventually did anyway. All of the staff were great.
