For the price, I expected more. There was no inroom coffee, there were only 3 pillows per bed and 3 sets of towels for 4 people. The pool opened at 10 and closed at 6, which meant we were unable to enjoy it. The parking was good and entrance to rooms was away from the casino, so you are able to have a smoke free environment if you want.

I actually really liked this hotel. It's busy, but you don't feel like you get overrun by other guests all the time. The rooms are a bit outdated, especially the bathrooms.

Not in the greatest area of Vegas and the hotel, on the outside, leaves more to be desired. The inside is relatively clean. Noticed a police presence near or in the hotel almost every night. Rooms were clean. Hotel staff were helpful and kind. The security guards working the room areas were pretty rude and disrespectful. One was even commenting on peoples attire and appearance. It’s cheaper compared to most hotels in Vegas, but i would spend the money for a spot on the strip. 5/10.

You're going to pay quite a bit in hidden/resort fees that they never mention anywhere until you're on way in and at check-out. Also, their Wi-Fi didn't work any nobody answered my phone call to resolve this issue. Never coming here again. Light your money on fire instead of giving it to this place.

Check in was easy room was nice bed was spacious second day left the room at 9am returned around 8:30pm to a messy room no maid service had to call the front desk for towels kind of a pain other then that it was a good visit

wished the room didn't smell like it had been smoked in. floor had plastic clothing tags on the floors room possibly wasn't swept/vacuumed. It was quiet and had plenty of amenities for our short stay.

First time at the Orleans. Check in was quick. There's a 52 lane Bowling alley and a 18 auditorium Movie theater. There's plenty of restaurants and a food court. They have a good sized casino area. It's off the strip and there's plenty of free parking. Definitely would stay there again.

It has a funky, old-school charm. Room and establishment decor are very fun. The service, from servers and bartenders, to front desk sraff, security and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stsy again.
