You have to have a credit card fir the refund. I did not know that so i paid the reservation and tried to use PayPal but they wouldn't take it so they Kept my $35 reservation fee. I git a room from a friend but the room had No Hot Water. Couldn't shower. Very frustrating. I will Not recommend The Orleans and i will not go there for anything. Total waste of money.

The staff was great, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The bedroom itself was clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom had a few issues. The bathtub was not fully clean, and there was visible grout on the tile. There was also no hot water initially; my husband had to adjust the temperature from under the sink. When first turning on the shower, the water pressure was very low and took some time to build up. Additionally, the shower did not drain properly while in use. Other than these issues, the room was fine for the price I paid.
