The price was right, the room was clean and kept up well. The shower head was blocked by calcium buildup a little bit, but it took 2 minutes to clear it off and then it was fine. The restaurants were great, and it's off the strip far enough that it's quiet, but close enough that it's really easy to get to. The bowling alley is kind of fun too!

The room was nice and very clean, but unfortunately it was haunted. I could barely sleep. I’ve never been in a haunted room before, but I assume it’s haunted since a drawer kept opening up on its own no matter how much I would close it and it would open when ever I would go to the bathroom, one of my empty water bottles started spinning on its own while it was on top of the table, and as I was blow drying my hair I heard a sinister clown laugh come from behind me yet when I turned around no one was behind me. I was completely sober and I don’t do drugs so I found this experience extremely weird. Not sure if the hotel staff is aware or if it was just coincidence, but I found it very odd that the hotel staff guy at the check-in desk asked me if I was okay with the room that he was going to give me. I have never been to this hotel before so I asked “Why, what’s wrong with the room?” And then he smiled and said “Oh nothing, it’s actually the closest one to the elevator.”

I called the week before we came. They assured me the pool and the hot tub would be open all week. They closed both the night before we got there. I would have stayed somewhere else if they had told me the truth. I asked them to fulfill their commitment to me, but they wouldnt open them. I paid the 40 dollars a night resort fee for what? No refrigerator in room, no microwave in room, tv partly worked with only 13 channels. Got their players club card, lost hundreds of dollar's and got no points or perks gambling that they promised. Person at the rewards booth said they would correct the situation and call me, that didnt happen either. We have stayed there many times, but never again. They have lost a formerly loyal customer. Very disappointed with our experience. I tried to get to speak to a manager, but got shuffled from person to person and then ultimately was hung up on. I want a refund for the resort fee because they assured me the hot tub and pool would be open. Perfect weather with highs in The 80's each day. Restaurants very over priced. We went off site for all our meals on our 5 night stay. Super disappointing.

My husband likes the poker room. The price for our stay was inexpensive but the pool was closed, the maids never cleaned our room while we were out and many of the dining options were closed mid week. I would not choose to stay here again.
