We are charged a $46 resort fee even though the pool is closed since it is winter. The pool area looked pretty nice but why are we charged when it was closed? Why not adjust the "resort" fee since there was nothing we received for this fee. Plus the rooms were rundown and no coffee offered. Front desk is not helpful and a little rude. Vegas has tons of hotel rooms to choose from - no thank you.

Our room was not cleaned very well. When we got into our room I noticed someone had clipped there nails and they were all over the carpet. There were someone’s fake eyelashes on the bathroom floor. The sink wouldn’t drain and what was trying to go down prior to us checking in was all over in the sink.

It was okay. The casino claimed construction started at 8:30 a.m,, but it legit started at 6 am. They didn’t honor their new player cards promo for my husband, but I had no problem using mine. For the price and resort fees, I’d stay somewhere else that felt floored vacationy. The tables lacked games I enjoyed, let it ride, face down pigow. We stayed here for a concert. It was a little rough outside the casino and lacked amenities to walk to.

I knew it was not on a strip but very little to do needed.Take taxis everywhere absolutely no amenities in the rooms. and after making a big win at the roulette table, they told me my bet was illegal and only paid me a portion of it and they were very rude about it
