Excited to play keno with my mom but when we got there the employee was so rude! Ended not playing. My mom was looking forward to it. Also the fact this time we stayed in 9th floor and so many kids running around , really noisy and a few times you can smell weed. Very disappointing at this second visit. We were hoping this will be our favorite hotel to stay.

I’m not sure what VIP access means, but I didn’t see anything related to VIP. I had $15 credit for room service, when call for room service at 6PM they were closed. I was charged for my stay twice, when I said something at the front desk, they said they cancelled one of the charges, but it’s still shows in my bank. I did not receive an up grade, instead I received a down grade from a king to a two queen.

I like the VIP service. I got a room upgrade. The security staff by elevator does a great job. They are all friendly. Housekeeping forgot to leave shampoo, soap/lotion.

The front staff make you feel like your an inconvenience. Plus i had my work trailer. Didnt know where to park and asked the front staff and they said dont worry about it. Then i got a notice from security on it the next morning. Very frustrating!
