I got there very late at night and had a bit of a wait at the desk. Manager was dealing with a grouchy guest, and the person helping me was training someone. They ended upgrading my room to a very nice suite in the next tower. I ended up getting really sick and found out it was covid. So I didn't get to do much other than sit/sleep on my room. I had talked to the management about leaving some things for the room, getting room service etc, so I wouldnt get anyone else ill, and they were very accommodating with everything. Pretty bummed I couldnt enjoy Vegas, but if I had to be sick, having a very nice room with a comfy bed was very nice.

We liked everything except couldn’t use the refrigerator it was stocked with Palmas products. Room needed more overhead lighting . Otherwise room and bathroom was big, clean and quiet

1st and Last Palms Experience
My reservation was changed without any form of communication provided to me from the hotel. The front desk woman who checked me in was very rude and condescending. She made stereotype comment and I felt racially profiled. My room was poorly cleaned hair was on my bed sheets in and the shower floor. There was a contact lens on my bed side table and only one of the outlets actually worked making it extremely difficult to charge my cell phones.
