I was not impressed with your spa and weight room. Limited access to the Jacuzzi and other areas were closed to include the swimming pool. I was paying for a fee I believe I did not receive and would not use your facilities if this is not.cange. The room was nice. The security was well done and appreciate other aspects though. I did enjoy eating at your restaurants. They seemed pricey, was affordable and justifiable.

Very clean, staff very polite. The cost of dining was to expensive even with our poor exchange rate. People were smoking and smoking marijuana the room next to use for four days. Staff said they can no prove it was them. But, i could smell it in our room.

Overall is very good. Wish the shower water is warmer. The prices of bar snacks are discouragingly high. Even though i wanted to buy, their freshness was doubtful as they could be there for months. Make the price more reasonable to encourage flow.

I was highly disappointed with my stay, considering i couldn’t check into my room day of without upgrading my room to a salon suite, then after paying substantially more we weren’t able to use the refrigerator that was already in our room to begin with, unless we wanted to pay yet again another additional fee. This place is highly disappointing

Great resort experience!

Was very pleased with the whole Palms experience. Typically, I stay at the 4 Seasons and other 5-star resorts on the strip, but the Palms came recommended by a friend and I am extremely happy that I gave it a chance! Amazing room with great views. Quieter and safer experience than strip hotels. Unlike the Rio and other off strip hotels, this property was clean, upscale, and while still being affordable for anyone. If you are getting a group of friends together for different budgetary needs, I would HIGHLY recommend this resort!!!!

The room items were connected to sensors and because of my little one (3 year old) I was charged for all items being misplaced and it took too much effort to convince the hotel staff to refund the room items.
