While the property is comfortable and in a good neighborhood, there are some things that could be improved. To start with, the listing says it is a two king suite home but it is a standard three bedroom home with one king suite and two other bedrooms plus a hall bath for them. The basics are there but it could use a few things like more towels in all the bathrooms and another seat or two in the living area. Additionally the downstairs floor is in need of a major cleaning as we all ended up with black feet or socks if we walked around without shoes. In regard to the check-in process, we didn't receive the entry code until about 45 minutes before we arrived and that was only after I had reached out to the host twice about it. Our biggest concern was the garage door as it is coming apart at the top where it connects to the automatic door opener; the metal brace actually warps and twists when the door is opened or closed due to the fact that most of the fasteners are no longer attached. Two Professional Engineers in our party are concerned that it is in imminent danger of failing. When I contacted the host about it upon our arrival, his response was that it works fine and that we needed to keep it closed because otherwise the HOA would complain. It is a safety hazard.

Definitely not clean and definitely difficult to work with!
I had reached out to the property manager three times and he got back to me the same day. Upon arrival, I noticed that there were no hand towells in any bathroom, no hand soap in the half bath, and the handsoap & shower gel were near empty. There was a musty smell to which I opened the windows and turned on the fans in every room. Most surfaces had not been cleaned such as the furniture, side tables, kitchen sink, etc. The first floor was VERY sticky (I believe this to be from the cleaner used, a couple of good damp cloths should clear that up). The showers had lots of hair/dirt around the top rim and the carpet was pretty dilapidated. Upon checkout, I noticed that I had somehow misplaced the key. I retraced steps and reported the missing key to the property manager. I asked if they would look for the key as it was in my backpack the entire trip. He told me that there was a fee, which I knew about. He did not return my message, but VRBO sent a bill a day after our stay, with a follow up email the same day. I paid it. Would not stay here again.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood
We really enjoyed our stay in Vegas! The house had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of room for the four of us. The decor was a nice touch. Garage parking was nice. Instructions were clear. Communication was good with property manager. We would use this property again!

Clean nice house
The property was very clean and nice. The beds were so incredibly comfortable and the master had a big tub which was nice. It’s close to Albertsons so grocery shopping was close. There were several games in the pantry which was nice. The couch downstairs is extremely comfortable. The patio was very cute and set up nice and the grill was a nice touch. It is a very clear shot from the house to the strip and Fremont. The only con Is that it is very close to a busy road so you can hear the cars hot rodding at night. Also note: if you stay less than a week you have to pay extra for laundry and it is not including in your booking price. That was not noted anywhere at time of booking.

The house was very nice, very clean. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were good size. Bathrooms were clean and stocked If I go back for a vacation in Vegas I would definitely look to rent again. Approximately 25 minutes from the strip - a nice place to go back to after the craziness of the strip. We went there for a wedding and it was a great place to stay.

Emmaculate kept home in secure convenient location.
This property is located comfortably away from the strip yet easily accessible. The home was clean. Easily accommodated my party of six but could have slept more.
