Situated at the gateway to the Tamar Valley Wine Route and located a short 10 minute drive from the Launceston CBD, Cataract Gorge, UTAS Stadium and other local attractions. An easy 5 min walk to the Legana Shopping Centre, local cafe's, bakery, Supermarket, Chemist, Tavern, Playground, Pump Track and Tennis Courts.
