Cigarette smell was horrible!!! Was not an old cigarette smell left by last person it was the rooms near us that their continuous smoking was getting through our bathroom vent !!!

No sleep in Lawton
The room was clean and put together. Bed was way more firm than we like. Everything was functional. But we heard every noise from outside, people slamming doors all throughout the night, can hear people walking above our room, people running up and down halls all night. Had a hard time sleeping due to hearing everything and disrespectful guests in and out all hours of the night.

The check-in was quick and the front desk attendant was polite even if it was nighttime. The room itself was clean but the carpet and couch was old; the couch had rips on its leather. We did however enjoyed having a kitchenette and desk. Unfortunately, the breakfast was very disappointing. There was coffee, oatmeal, muffins, and granola bars. Be aware that if you stay here, you will not have the best or new rooms but they are modestly spacious and clean. Additionally, you will not have a full breakfast and be disappointed with the options.

Prison treatment !! With granola breakfast !!
(GUEST FIND A BETTER HOTEL ))So many rules it was uncomfortable, not friendly , you have a kitchen but rent everything out , no room service or it cost , breakfast was a granola bar & vending machines u pay for , worse stay of my life will never stay again nor refer !! Very misrepresentations a military stay ( left right left)no greeting desk help not courteous had to yell for desk help , also the furniture in the room so old & tore up all material coming of leather furniture had to go by Lysol !!

Expedia did the hard part for me and booked everything for me. The boy that was at the front desk would not accept my Oregon Real ID. Even tho I had my old ID, birth certificate, SScard- and several pieces of mail with my identical information. He just said,” that’s our policy ma’am” it was midnight when I eventually was able to find another hotel to take me in. He did not offer any assistance in getting a reimbursement from Expedia nor issuing me a refund so I could find other arrangements. I am very upset with extended stay America AND Expedia. It was “texting only” to chat with an Expedia rep- who ignored me-then disconnected our chat before I was finished!! They didn’t care about this veteran or the fact that I was so far from my home for my Newly Enlisted, daughters’ graduation from Basic Training. This shows Expedias support for Americas Soldiers. None whatsoever. How embarrassing.
