This 80 m² apartment is warm, well equipped and can accommodate six people.
Work has been done recently in the room. No more humidity issues.
It will be perfect for vacations with family or between couples of friends.
It is ideally located at 5 minutes of the beach and several inescapable tourist sites.

## Logement
Sleeping six people, the accommodation includes: three bedrooms with three double beds, a living room with sofa and television, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and an outdoor shower room (at the entrance).
It also has an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, a garden with terrace and outdoor furniture where you can enjoy the beautiful days to sit outside.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal the following facilities: parking, garage, wifi, hair dryer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, oven.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

Pets are accepted.

You will stay 5 minutes walk from the beach of Boucanet. All amenities are also nearby: various bars, restaurants, stores, mountain bike and boat rental services...
For your daily shopping, you will find the Super U and Lidl supermarkets less than 15 minutes walk from the accommodation.
You will have the opportunity to discover and visit the tourist sites which make the fame of Grau-de-Roi such as:
the Arena at 6 minutes, the Seaquarium at 9 minutes, the Vidourle river beach at 10 minutes, the Grau du Roi beach at 9 minutes, the small train of the Aigues Mortes salt marshes at 12 minutes by car and many others...

## Emplacement
Famous seaside resort, 30 minutes from Montpellier, Le Grau-du-Roi is located in the heart of the Camargue. Between magnificent landscapes and manades (traditional bull farms), you can enjoy a strong heritage and many activities.
Ideal for a stay with friends or family, the city offers the beautiful beach of Espiguette, the Seaquarium or the Arena of Grau-du-Roi where you can discover the typical Camargue race. In the city center, you can walk around and, if you are lucky, watch the jousting events, tournaments on boats between 2 teams.
