I booked this hotel for a quick stop over on our way out of Paris. We had delays coming in, so we were tired and hungry. The line to check into our room at 11pm was over 30 minutes long. While we were waiting in line the server at the restaurant said they were open until midnight, but were actually closed by 11:20. The front desk person was very helpful and called a food truck to come in, but it would have been nice to sit and relax in the restaurant. I am an American tourist, and I try to be understanding, but the front desk person didn't even tell us that we had to put our room key in a slot to get the lights to turn on. It was very frustrating. The room is fine, it's older but clean and in working order. The next morning we slept in, and should not have been surprised the restaurant again was not open. If you miss the breakfast buffet they do not open again until after 11:30. Thankfully there is a cute little village about a ten minute walk away that has a great bakery.

Front desk good, dining lady awesome, food good but the rooms let the place down, they just need a total refurb, bathrooms are good. Take out the carpet, change the beds, pillows abd linen, it all stinks. 15 mins from CDG.

Room and area was good. Taxi and shuttle service was not great for terminal one had to order taxi that did not come. Staff organised a friend who charged 35 euro for 10 mins drive

This property is so overpriced. The rooms are old and dirty. I woudl never stay here again. Dont be fooled by the cute lobby area as teh rest is trashy.

This is a very bare-bones hotel, as reflected in the price. Provided: shampoo/body wash combo, hand soap, one pillow per twin bed, tea/coffee. Our room, set up for 3 people, only had towels and coffee cups for two. The hotel restaurant had hours that were different than published hours. And when we went, we discovered that they only had two buffet options (2 courses, or 3 courses). As we were only interested in drinks and dessert, we did not eat there. Hotel advertises airport shuttle for a stipend, but we could not find info on how to reserve it. Desk staff had limited English, with my elementary French check in was completed.

Very nice hotel with lovely music and fun colors! Only complaint was that there wasn’t many food options in terms of vending machines and food service past 11pm. Otherwise, great stay and would stay here again. Felt really safe here as a solo traveller and super close to the airport.

The hotel itself was fine and the staff was friendly. However, I took a shuttle to the airport after my stay and realized I left my work laptop computer on the bed. I immediately called, messaged and messaged again. No one would answer or respond to any form of communication. I have been trying to contact for days since returning to the U.S. and no response. I have asked Expedia to help but I still have not heard from anyone. I simply want my computer shipped to me and the shipping paid with my credit card the hotel already has on file. This computer is EXTREMELY important and good customer service would be to help a guest - or at least respond to a message. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel to refuse to respond to a guest. Be aware, once you stay here, you'll never be able to reach anyone after you leave. Very disappointed.

Good for the price
Rapport qualité - prix honnête. Proche de l’aéroport, lit comfortable, staff agréable, chambre et salle de bain propre. Les seuls bémols: le restaurant buffet est un peu cher pour ce qui est proposé et la navette ne dépose qu’à un seul terminal de l’aéroport, si ce n’est pas le votre, vous aurez peut être un peu de marche à faire. (15min pour nous) Mais franchement dans l’ensemble très bien!
